Any thoughts as to whether there will be a drop off after the ex-div date tomorrow. Seems it was on an upward trend prior to its announcement. Thank you for any response.

I believe trading update Monday so people selling off on the back of the build up to that.

The larger investors seem assured as Norbel increased its holding by another 1%

Any thoughts on the RNS and sell off. Overall the business is growing at a very nice pace and building on that. Regardless of buy back and explained profits, this is all massively good news non?

There will be positive news on the horizon with the announcement of the new CEO and a sense of who is manning the helm going forward with Debbie still on the board, so in reality an upgrade to the company as founder still involved and influential, but with an injection of fresh blood and perspective to take things forward.

Thank you Grippa, I was thinking that too. So it was just the acquisition cost being the main reason for the gross profit being nicely up and the net profit ending up a little down YOY?

Can someone please explain the selling off of shares as we approach the trading update? It makes no sense at all. This companies position for last year final results where nothing shore of amazing:

o Supermarket revenue up 32% to £51.5m (FY21: £38.9m)

· Adjusted EBITDA* up 41% to £18.8m (FY21: £13.3m)

· Statutory profit before tax up 62% to £15.4m (FY21: £9.5m)

· Adjusted profit before tax* up 42% to £15.8m (FY21: £11.2m)

· Statutory EPS up 54% to 14.3p (FY21: 9.3p)

· Adjusted EPS* up 32% to 14.7p (FY21: 11.1p)
