I think that the share price response is disproportionate to what has been stated. Why is this such horrific news. The company has stabilised well over the past year and is now generating profits that look to continue give the economic backdrop.

There is no reason for this to keep dropping like this. I am sure it will come back at some point, but was hoping to sell some. Seems to be the MM's walking it down knowing that they can just walk it up again making money both ways.

I was just wondering if anyone might be able to explain to me why the share price seems to go down when there is a buyback in place? Is this manipulating the market to ensure that the purchaser, in this case pets at home, get the best price possible?

Appears the drop has started, hopefully nothing too drastic although £4.50 off the recent £118 high. Might be a while for it to creep back up. all the market seems to be dropping too

Thank you for responding. Excuse my ignorance, but is it today that you have to hold the shares on or tomorrow to acquire the dividend as I guess that is the date people would stay in until. Thank you again.
