Well - at least the ERDB cannot take over the company but, of course, can still have influence over the sp to suit any investment strategy. EC would have a field day in court if they did - I would like to think.

Absolutely why I am pessimistic for retailers - can you imagine what a controlling holding a company would have - in SXX similar occurred - the sp was manipulated downwards and the BoD given sweeteners to suit the buy-out - we used to call it the GEC effect.

I sincerely hope that my suspicions are unjustified and that KC will work on our behalf for a RRoR as he is obliged to by AIM/ Corporate rules.

Tom - Ghin cannot give details about placement price or % for you - that's the whole point of a trading halt !!!????!!

It's getting bought out for pennies that worries me not dilution as we have room for that unlike UKOG with billions upon billions of shares that will have to be consolidated quite soon.

We are hoping so and that it is not to our detriment as retail investors - would like to be less pessimistic but I have been in Lon:AIM stocks for too long and am eager to get out when I can recover some significant losses - if at all possible.

Well done Stephen - expected move by those at the AGM - all your retailers are in total support.

Don't get over excited - we are here for the ride - not the governance of the sp.

Things go in the background that we are not privvy too as retailers - M&Ms, Insties and their Algos have the say - words and action are two completely different things on AIM. Try not to listen to the rampers and derampers - just keep to your own strategy and continue with updating your research - applies to all investments - more especially on AIM.

If the insties haven't taken retailers like that which occurred at SXX - of course.
