I worked for provident for 5 years as an agent, currently they are writing off all loans that are known as "waivers", this is a nominal amount that the customer pays rather than be written off and thus avoiding an even worse credit rating. Very little lending is occurring and good customers are being ignored or not being renewed. The mood of most staff is despondent but have realised the company is driving home credit division to the wall, they simply want rid of this, arm of the company. This has been a downward spiral from the doomed model of employing agents direct from July 2017. Sirs we agents within a, week knew the fatal flaws in this model but the reality was hidden from investors like your good self. I got out and moved to the opposition, I saw the writing like many others, but the company were very good at labelling us, as mal contents and whingers. Believe me I was never a whinger, this model was deamt up by backroom senior staff who never knocked a door in their life and instantly their machinations and modus operandi had many of us speechless. Provident will survive but the home credit division is going through the dying throes, I have no sympathy for the company as they arrogantly ignored and flat headed through this doomed model. titus , each working day these guys lost 230 customers , their figures , 400 frontline and experienced staff gone , 20% , again their figures , but more promises and "expectations ", aint no canterbury effin tale now .
titus pullo , you got it right on the nail , i worked for 5 years for "provi" , they are shipping customers by the proverbial boatload , i had enough of their clueless running of the home credit and got out , but not before i was bullied and harrassed at every opportunity to improve the customer count , i am with a rival and i should have went a year ago . they fall back on past performance and results and are promising the moon and stars. disgruntled i hear some say , sorry guys its all smoke and mirrors , 7/11, ides of march dudes , ides of march,
incentivise , yeah baited breath and pink pigs come to mind!!!, i am one of the customer facing employees that are employed by pfg . the reality is there is a £125 per month bonus that was always there anyway and awarded at the company disgression .after tax a whopping £22.50 per week ,and this deemed worthy to leak , top tip ask an employee , we are on all social media . ask why there is up to 15% -25% of customers who are still on employsees worklist but have not been paying for a year or more , due to new procedures agreed with FCA that these customers have not gone through this process, in limbo . month on month home credit is losing numbers because of the customers having to jump through hoops implimented by the company not asked for by FCA , if you refuse to be voice recorded or answer one of at least 25 questions about your income , the loan application will not proceed.if your first language is not fluent english , the same outcome .75 back room staff listen into recordings at head office bradford and critique the slightest thing about the recording . customers simply dont want to put up with this intrusion and the barriers put to them by the company . why am i writing this , plain simple the company has a workforce of lions led by braqying donkeys , clueless and directionless. if found out i will receive P45, but the way these people "run/manage" the company its on the horizon for us all . yes i hear disgruntled employee, sorry but my eyes are wide open , customers are leaving , the bonus is a joke , ask them about these things , ask the FCA if they have stipulated any of these criteria. ask them how many staff have been pushed out the door through " disciplinary means" and many of these are staff with many years of experience e of both interactuion with customers and knowledge of their home area where we work . the atmosphere of bullying and harrassment will eventually surface in the media at a later.staff are simply put in fear of losing their to compel them to implement these non productive criteria . make no mistake sirs , VANQUIS is the cash cow and hides all the detraction of bad results from HOME CREDIT . thank you for listening , heading to a dole queue tomorrow .

perhaps if some wel linformed investors came into 1 of our offices ,ask what we do , more important how we do it?.the company had to change the old way we did business to fit the times . we record our trasactions ourselves , we record our loan interactions our selves,we can stand over how we conduct ourselves with our customers,no one forced the company to introduce this element.yes we are sub prime business ,the situation and business market are there because this is a business that will always be there as long as there is a financial market . why do i say this ,i am one of those boots on the ground , at the coal face so to speak.yes we have turned the corner from last years debacle, yes we have gone the gauntlet of rumour and misinformed opinions. again yes ,we little folk who knock the doors are buying shares in the new issue in as much as we can afford. yes we have faith in the present management and the new and most definitely improved version of the business model. we are on the doors , wind hail and snow , yes we sort out xmas for a lot of families, yes we sort out families and individuals who otherwise would not be able to go on holidays, but again we also lend a hand to those who need it , whatever their social and economic standings. yes i am passionate about my job,perhaps i may not as well educated as some of your good selves .i do not support this companyt for some sycophantic reason ,this is our future and we believe in it . we are wide open in this, so please feel free to come and contact us .
