RNS: Energiser Investments plc is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement of 24 October 2017, sale of the 20 residential units at Wellingborough Northamptonshire has legally completed at the agreed price of GBP 2,800,000. Net of associated bank debt this has returned approximately GBP1,500,000 of cash to Energiser. The funds received from the sale will be used to strengthen Energiser's balance sheet in preparation for the next investment.

An Outstanding stock to be invested in solid, safe, reliable and soon to be very profitable. The broker note target pf 2.3p was based only on the current deal. So once deals 2,3,4,5 ....... etc get completed the sp could easily go into orbit.

Just some bored private investors selling thinking that this is an aim stock! The mm's kept the spread wide so buys would look like sells and this caused some panic selling. Those that have researched this company are relaxing and will no doubt soon be adding to existing holdings.

RNS should land very soon and that will propel the sp to 1p+ in a flash...Actual spread is very tight and can sell millions above bid indicating that we still have a big buyer in the background.

Specialist developer and manager of real estate portfolio�s, Dukemount Capital has revealed that it is targeting a net profit on its first acquisition of at least �1m. This first acquisition shows the flexibility in the company�s business model as they will normally acquire those that need a bit of refurbishing as is the case in the second acquisition they are working on, announced last month. The majority of deals Dukemount will be involved with are expected to involve housing associations and long-dated yield hungry institutions but the flexibility extends to how the company will make earnings. It can either build and sell with a housing association and its long lease attached or refurbish and retain the freehold which will have a housing association�s long lease attached so receiving value in any uplift in the freehold and a regular slice of rental income. It�s also worth noting that the board have experience in property outside of the UK as well as inside and are therefore not constrained on a certain territory.

The more I research DKE the more I add to my holding. I hope we continue to get these gradual rises in sp.

Ten bagger minimum imo! It's not often such an opportunity comes for private investors to invest in a company like DKE in the main market at an incredible low price. Worth researching and investing as soon as possible before they announce the next deal. Very experienced BOD with interests aligned with shareholders.

Posted yesterday: A bit of profit taking and �buy the rumour, sell the fact� afoot this morning in Dukemount Capital (@dukemountcap) following some record rises and record share trading this week. Today they revealed signing an agreement-to-lease with Larch Housing Association for a 50-year term and CPI linked, which will initially pay �234,000 per annum. This now places the development in another league as institutions/pension providers will be attracted to the long-dated income which they are screaming out for.
