Thanks, I see fair value here at double sp of 15p. A great isa stock paying dividends 3 times a year plus special dividends. Very happy to be invested here :-)

Helphire is expecting to receive financial compensation from insurers who benefitted financially from the alleged criminal activity of Autofocus employees who reportedly falsified hire rate evidence in their submission to Insurers and the Courts. Several insurers have indicated they will enter into negotiated settlements with Helphire. Data was handed to HHR's intermediaries in late June 2013, for the start of analysis. A favourable Court of Appeal judgement for similar company Accident Exchange on 4/2/2013 (who have already recovered more than £13m and are seeking another £130m damages from insurers) should help Helphire to recover substantial damages, potentially running into tens of millions of pounds. Cash settlements from insurers arising from the Autofocus debacle are expected to be returned to shareholders, potentially commencing in 2014.

I wonder when special dividend will be paid? It was suggested that the insurance case be resolved early 2014....

Just remember when they go into isa you will be liable for CGT, especially if you bought them at 2.5p. However after they are in an isa there is no tax to pay on future profits.

You can either ask broker to "BED & ISA", where he sells and buys them from your trading account to isa, or buy directly from isa account with available funds! Assuming you don't have an isa then you can invest approx. £11,500 before april 5th and a further £11,800 afterwards.

Hi XKONG, it became possible to hold aim shares in an isa from last year. I have 591k of HHR shares in my isa and many other aim stocks too! My isa is with Barclays stockbrokers and hold the following aim stocks inside it, HHR,PROX,MDZ & KIBO! From next month there will be no stamp duty to pay on aim stocks so there could be a boost to the aim market.

We need few more 600k buys to shift it.
