At last some action. More shares traded today than for months. I am hopeful that this will eventually prove to be another Sigma Capital which 8 years ago traded at 6p but has risen to over 120p based on the build-to-rent housing model and is now working alongside PRS Reit. I think DKE could maybe do something similar over the long term.

Why would the company do a placing?????????? They have approx £450k cash in bank and have already managed to secure two deals with funding. The directors have skin in the game and will not dilute themselves.

Mr Stuart J Adam CPFA, Chartered MCSI, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with immediate effect but will not be taking up a board position. Stuart is a chartered accountant with extensive experience working for a number of companies in the roles of both Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer and will be an important addition to Dukemount as we enter the next stage of growth.

I don't think the fact that company has now completed the first two deals and successfully got them financed has truly been reflected in the share price.

Too much negativity has been focused on the guy's bonus, which he took in shares!

With a market cap of around £1m this has all the makings of sp rising to 3p in my opinion should they rapidly conclude further deals.

The last RNS shpws that the BOD are quietly getting on with it without much fanfare. It may be worth re-reading the RNS to understand what an awesome deal they have struck at three times the value of DKE market cap.

Now is the time to build up position here imo.

Amazing news! So much under the radar. An easy multi-bagger imo!

I hear that the company is getting on with the exchanging of contracts and the delays are just legal stuff being completed by the various solicitors. I feel relaxed and although have a large quantity am seriously looking to add further.

RNS could land any day now as 4 weeks passed since planning permission passed.

At this price the risk/reward ratio is excellent imo.

Tomorrow will be 14 days since Planning permission was obtained. So exchanging of contracts could be days away.
