IBM are way behind the curve and are literally trying micky mouse stuff...lol they have had to get the guys from stellarlumens set up their currencies platforms...ie they don't have the know how...to do it in house... You do know ibm are behind the curve of blockchain as are Apple??? Apple set up research facility in summer 2016...ibm chasing their tail have partnered with stellar lumens...
