Well he has bought 32,879,143 Shares in market from 19th December. So why is he buying? Plus that means the old placing from October is still in play and that at that time with shy off 800mill shares would equate to 10% of the co....so that explains why sp still being manipulated???

Davie s king sold some of his holding...he didn't sell out...so he is a current here who reduced and then increased back some of his holding...so you're wrong again saying he sold OUT!!!

Some of your posts make no sense. Co. Does placing to raise funds? Agreed? They issue 93mill odd to an entity who take shares and don't give the money to the co? Instead did they sell them all the way down as share price falls??? Raising funds but not the same amount if all sold at 1.5p??? Now they use the cash to buy back shares at lower sp? And hand shares back to co??? Effectively they shorted the Shares??? Also looking at graph the sp spiked from 0.5p to 1.5p during placing period...so did they go short at that time and hence tried to get stock in placing to close their short position on the tripling of the sp??? Looks like msg stock has been manipulated to suit someone's position and that point is coming to an end.

If this entity. Is the failed placing then they could have bought back sub 0.2p??? If they had bought last summer???so not very clever to delay but looks like they may have finally thought to close this chapter and move in???probably made their money on the short from 1.5o downwards??? So looks like games will soon end and stock will kick off.

Someone with knowledge maybe able to explain.co did issue 92,335,332 Shares in 20/10/16. So these sharez are out there in circulation but placee didn't give them the money correct??? So question is has the placee bought those shares back in open market to give back to co. And they will be either 're issued or cancelled???

Placing funds go to company. Buying in market funds do not go to company.so think you're falling arse over tit and getting your head stuck up the pantomime horse

Some of your theory doesn't make sense. If they are tied to placing then they would have to buy the placing stock? Therefore they havent bought in open market but off co. And at what sp??? If they've bought in market then that doesn't let them off the hook for the placing stock...so does that mean they will also get placing stock? Ie their holding will be 186mill odd??? But by buying in market and taking placing stock at 1.5p?? They will have a lower overall average price??? And to compound that why would tjey double their holding if not enthusiastic with msg future prospects?

Possibility been employed to get those 90.mill odd shares bought over last 5 weeks???

Since tail end of December bitfinex trading site wouldn't allow new accounts to open. Today msg for all new accounts need to deposit $ 10k before tgey can trade...they are actually telling people to trade on other sites until they are experienced to trade bitfinex!!! Now from December had said latest b4 new accounts would open would be 15/1/18... Point??? Same here Davie has deramped non stop from December. Problem he has is groups have picked up millions of shares and if drops down most will buy more. Out of the woods so.eone has now said tgey have 5%...and the poor boy has sat up all night to post??? Investors spotted opp have taken 99mill plus shares and have 5% of co. Chap has almost 30% and gave over £1mill to get stake...blackcactus links give us revenue from worldwide in return they get 30%... End result very few shares for p i's...market sold short and a liquidity squeeze is approaching...look at csb the new zoltav...from 0.45p to 8p ..£6000 odd to £100k....
