I’m a long term investor and add frequently. BUR is my largest holding and as of today I’m c50% up and if wished I could sell the lot today and retire a happy wealthy man. I was making a point that in my mind holds tight on why the share price drifts between announcements. I wish you look with your Russian Evraz shares.

I went in today … i like the story

I think the lack of news flow encourages people to trade between trading updates and this needs to be addressed mr Bogart and mr Molot?

People tend to hold on to shares like Tesla, Amazon, Microsoft and many many others between updates in case they miss a positive news release/RNS. Currently one can trade BUR t15 before each trading update and sell on the update as one knows there will be no news on case outcomes as the management never posts on individual wins and has stated they won’t, so unlike most other growth stocks no news is likely out of the blue and thus no spike in SP so why hold…

Chris, John please rethink this ..

We have fallen 13% from the recent high’s - not too bad given the huge rise. The chartists will say that’s normal and expected given the huge rise and apart from negative news it could/should shoot up from here and pass the recent highs.

Lady Preska in her latest release has shown that she is 100% behind Burford and that it’s just over a month before the end of this legal wrangle . I’m hopeful she is going to award a huge final number. What happens after that I have no idea but a deal will need to be done and we will all be a little richer. I’m still sticking with £20+ before Christmas.

The securities of Tamboran Resources Limited (‘TBN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TBN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 27 June 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Hence why POQ posted the RNS and Mr Riddle is snookered..

Just to add my reading was he was unclear and knows more than he is letting on and it’s not necessarily negative info..

Sheffield team advised Tam on the strategy, the strategy was wrong, Tam now in financial trouble, Sheffield ready to pounce, Cigar at the ready… POQ sussed it also

I agree on the body language POQ was visibly uncomfortable discussing Tamboran and Sheffield… also I think he has bought a new watch recently 😎
