I have increased to 30 million shares

I have just bought in this week so its not relevant

to me , in fact it maybe an opportunity, If I had,had

any shares when it was announced I would have

sold at the first opportunity.

Followed by £24 000 buy

£41 000 buy thats what we want to see

I just check pulser just did a normal cash

raise for there latest offering,not the CLN route

for distressed companies .

Has not been any selling for the last few days,

what that signifies re CLN ?

Just out of interest I put in a limit buy order to round up my holding at 0.29p it has not been filled

You can no longer get quotes on IG ,limit orders

only ,I think this happens when there is a significant divergence of the quotes my MMs

They destroyed the shareholders ,there can be

no excuse for that , who owns the company,they

had Fiduciary duty to shareholders,

They could of postponed Tanzania until the new

year ,just raised for USA ,they were negligent.

They should of put a floor on the conversion

price ,say 0.4p ,no one would complained as

the price was around a 1p ,if they did they would

of twigged.

This was consistently valued at £60 million, now

with an extra £11 million , not unreasonable this

could be valued at £45 million again

Ben ,I agree with your reasoning .

CLN turned out the wrong option ,unless they

want to s*** on their shareholders.

In hindsight they should of just did a smaller raise for USA and put Tanzania on hold until spring.

CLN was not their only option ,they had cashbox

as a fall back option ,I am sure they could of got it

away at a 50% discount ,not this mess

You could just sell for more than the buy price

always a good sign

What they did to shareholders here was

disgraceful,CLNs are usually used for distressed

companies, it was totally inappropriate here.

I wonder what they are thinking now .

1p would be 100 million cap,unlikely in my opinion

unless radical changes .

0.5p to o.6p feasible on recent past or this CLN

destroys everything.

Ben ,I bought 29 million shares at 0.29 p AVE,so

I hope it works out for both of us,you so you can

get your money out and start again.

Some nice buys going through as sells at least
