If they convert the rest around 0.235 , 0.30p

share would equate to a £30 million M/C.

Pre CLN they were consistently valued at

around £60 million ,now they have £11 million

to move forward .

After the next conversation the price may go

up as the end will be in sight .

Anyway interesting dynamics.

If (big if) they convert the rest at 0.235 p that will

equate to a market cap of around £30 million

at 0.30p ,so people buying at 0.30p would still

be getting shares half price Pre the CLN when market cap was £60 million and there is an extra £11 million in the kitty.

Clearly He1 could of been overpriced pre CLN ,

I bought more this morning , I have bought

20 million + shares since yesterday.

But I am a mug punter , it's a gamble.

I could of waited it's true , I am not encouraging

other people to buy .

I bought just over £44 000 worth

This either offers a good opportunity or they have

destroyed it for shareholders through incompetence

or worse,If I was a holder before the CLN I would

be fuming.

I just bought £41 000 worth at around 29.6 p

I like a gamble 🙂 my trades have just gone through

US nat gas prices currently $3.20 ,UK equivalent

nat gas price $ 11.28 ,at some point as US ships more

nat gas abroad and US production flattens and falls

US gas prices will move closes to international nat

gas prices , this is one of the long term drivers here.

The average Henry Hub price for next year(2026) is

$ 3.85, their hedges for next year (2026) average

$3.44, forward pricing for natural gas is

improving.

Since 18th Sept they have bought back over

$8 million of their own shares.

It seems the market absorbed the shares in a week,

probably placed with institutions

US natural gas seems to had a major uptick

according to trading economics.

They are showing it up 12.66 % at $3.2 currently.

Asp1, I read back most of your posts I am mostly

in agreement with you, this share is hated at the

moment sentiment does change, value will be seen

eventually when is the question.

The share price should quickly go back above

£11, it seems most of the secondry offering

was placed with institutions thats my take, so

nothing has changed pre the offering.

Just an aside in the conference call outlining the

Canvas energy deal, Rusty said he would not be

surprised if the whole of $ 2 billion of the Carlye

facility was used up my next summer.

He also said the $2 billion is arbitrary and Carlye

would be happy to put up more.

Yes pleased I got in at £10.38, hopefully I can stick

around now which is easy if your in profit, there is

no reason to sell, Ironically volume increased again

in Newyork but looks like buyers were back.

This share has been hated but it's time like

Natural gas could come back, I am hopeful at

least.

With the amount of accretive deals Dec do,

you would hope the share would go up at

some point, especially with the tail winds of

natural gas

My money is in a ISA an with IG, so I take whats

on offer, I am not that concerned about the

spread, I will hold for a while unless the share

goes to stop loss I have in my mind.

Today will be interesting to see what happens

in Newyork, if volume continues to fall and it

stays above £ 10.40 equivalent I will be happy.
