From Feb 24 until the CLN announcement the

market cap was consistently above £50 million,

today the market cap is £36 million and to the

company has never been in better shape.

Was HE1 overvalued pre CLN ? or are we undervalued at the moment ?

A nice 17.5 million buy to boost confidence a little

bit,that's someone parting with real money.

The Market cap will win in end ,£50 million is

0.53p

Pulser helium went up 70% in Canada , put on

our market cap on a session .

Anything under 0.53p / £50 m market cap is still

value , Pre CLN HE1 had £57m market cap ,we now

have an extra £8 million to move forward and we are closer to news .

Bottom line the day before the CLN this had a

Market Cap of £57 million , they now have another

£8 million to move forward , 0.53 p would represent a market cap of £50 million and we

are closer to news.

I think this level in the 0.40 ps is safe

Should settle in the 0.5ps in my opinion ,then

move on news or anticipation

HE1 was valued at 0.36p last week with

uncertainty,we now have certainty should at

least hold firm

The facts are HE1 was valued consistently at £50 /£60 million Pre CLN , they now have some money

to move forward should at least go back to

£40 /£50 market cap or 0.40/ 0.50 p

At least we know they look at the share price.

Hopefully another 6 days in the mid '30's' and

we will break the death spiral of lower and lower

conversions, which will change the outlook here.

If we can say with certainty 10 bln shares or

slightly lower ,we are looking at 0.5p /£ 50 million

in near future ,barring bad news

For a few moments

Bid just went to 0.37p so all good

No Conversion ,another day closer to the end of

the death spiral , then only way is up .

Another 7 days at this level and without a

conversion notice ,will mean the death Spiral

will be over (i.e lower and lower conversions)

This will change the perception here .

If the rest of the shares are converted above

0.245p then will won't go above 10 bln shares ,

the more that seems likely the quicker we can go

back to 0.5p (£50 million market cap)

People wanting a cheaper entry 🙂 ,this will be

a £50 market cap again ,true value even after

conversions 0.45p - 0.5p , if this stays in the mid

0.3p s for 10 days plus without conversion you can

increase that figure .

If we remain in the mid 30's before the next

CLN , the next conversion will be higher breaking the death spiral .

The next CLN conversion will be higher than the

last breaking out of the death spiral , causing

people to buy
