Guild now is priced at Cash, but has two sizeable and Blue Chip sponsors, three if you count Samsung, Academy growing, Clothing range getting better. Top tier Players, winning Tournaments etc etc. This will recover quickly when Dead Head Shorters are done.

How much revenue do you think, once debt repayments are made each month, production cost removed and left over cash extracted and fed into Paradox will be? Supposedly State well 16 is a success, so I will presume its performing at 1000 barrels a day. This money could have been utilised along with monies from the paid for current producing none core wells. It would have been pretty simple, to re-direct these funds into a 2nd well. 2 producing repeat for 3 + 4 etc etc. I don't buy the new wells costing £36 million are neccessary. If they are so profitable only a fool would sell them. The walk down of the Sp was a disgrace. Harringtons words hollow and the radio silence on Paradox, till the placing and debt was secured manipulative.

The Current Set of Directors, fronted by Harrington assured No Dilution, have purchased a pretty poor collection of oil wells and paid £36 million, that purchase required Dilution and Debt. Once production costs are stripped out. NET Profit, minus £36 million over the wells production Life is minimal. Supposedly the Crown was/is Paradox. If the information from Harrington is accurate, re the state 16 well, then developing that and milking its oil, and reinvesting profits from it, back into further wells would be the correct t thing to do. Fishy purchase and investors fleeced IMHO.

Thats a Fact, he repeatedly last year, smiled and waxed lyrical about how he is on the same page as investors and therefore no Dilution. The Company now in Debt, Holders diluted AGAIN and Williston Basin, has only really a minor set of production figures, which cost £36 million to purchase. Should have focused only on what they had and developed Paradox. I have never trusted Harrington, too false, its scary how some posters exalt him to guru status. He certainly is not that. ZPHR looking more like an AIM shambles. Shame I hold a lot here, just about in profit, but only just about. Yes it looks now, like momentum is building for the business. A Flagship HQ is perfect, sends the right message to all stakeholders, that Guild is the Esports concern they need be and stay involved with. Note also, they call it their Global HQ, meaning they intend to expand their services worldwide. Think here Academies in many countries, sponsorship deals in many languages and Branded goods nascent to a particular region. If Guild get it right they could eventually transform into a Very Serious outfit. Nows the time to buy and hold, in 24-36 months you could be holding a stock at many multiples of todays price.

Frank its just traders selling, holding on T Trades. Yesterdays RNS was very positive, I hold a lot of these and average currently above todays price. I am pleased to see the SP off the bottom and rising, I expect tomorrow we test 4p again. Yesterday IMO was not a ramp, just the usual bluster when a stock rises.
