Its not driven by fundamentals anymore. It will be driven purely by shorting, which means tomorrow will be another grim day. Markets are broken, and shorters have too much power, but for now just have to suffer it.

They wont be though will they. Experience tells us if its good it might go up a couple of percent. If its not good it will drop 50%. Its the modern world, punish anything thats not an amazing update. No upside in holding into results, better to wait and see

And that is how shorters make their money. Move prices down so that people lose faith, then rocket it up, at which point you will likely buy back in at a higher price.

Thats the problem, never rises when it goes up, but follows it when it drops. Its not logical but its how it behaves

If it follows yesterdays trading pattern it will get pushed up by the US now over the afternoon.

Not so lovely when you consider it was down 90p in one day! Long way to go yet before I start celebrating.

That's me done with shares. It's a suckers market. You can't invest anymore, as any downside is by far greater magnitudes than any upside gains. I shall leave what I have in here as there's no reason to sell at this level, but as far as the future goes I will not be adding a single penny to any stock investments from now on.

Nothing to be nervous about, Saudis will push through further cuts. That said the fact its not 100% certain should provide a boost towards the end of the week as it becomes more certain.

There will be. OPEC aka the Saudis will be all over comments to push prices up ahead of their imminent IPO. They've never been more incentivised to talk oil up. I suspect more cuts will be agreed at the meeting at end of the week

If you want to use charting as a reason to buy or sell you need to start reading them properly for a start. A fair few of your comments are just plain incorrect Leem, either willfully or worse through lack of understanding.

Lol, you might want 'them' to take it there, but no way it drops below 137.5, that would be an absolute bottom.

I doubt they will shake many people out near a 52 week low. If anything they will just cause more buying. Good luck to the market, they can give it a go I guess.
