So we're correlated when oil goes down but not up, funny that. Hey ho, tuck it away and forget about it for a while. Not getting involved in the games on this, just set my alerts for my sell targets.

It is actually an oil company right, it's not a online clothes retailer or something? You wouldn't know it given it has zero correlation to oil prices.

It's deja vous with this stock. Oil goes up in the afternoon and tullow drifts along. Pretty dull stuff

If Labour had any other leader they would have been in power years ago. Problem is he makes them completely unelectable.

I think we will be over 150p by the end of the day. There's alot of catching up to do on the back of oils strength. Oil I suspect will also continue to rise now as fundamentals are improving.

Agreed. I've tried a couple of times for a day trade but the daily range is too narrow. That said I added more today for a longer hold. Feel we've bottomed out now.

I'm seriously questioning even carrying on holding shares. There's so little value to be had investing with how the market has developed over recent years. In many ways I'm much happier with the cash in the bank

From now on I'm never holding any share prior to results day. This market is broken. At best you hit targets and share price maybe goes up 1%. At worst the market dislikes something and the share drops 10, 20, 30%. Its ridiculous.

That dividend increase will have caught a few people out. have to admit i wasn't expecting an increase, lovely jubbly.

Its coming I think. markets been way too short energy lately. As we head into winter should see energy rally in a decent way, and my thinking is should be reflected in the the TLW price too.

The whole energy market is rallying at the moment. Not just oil, gas and carbon also posting significant gains after recent declines.

I'm still in it. I'm holding out for 350 on that one

A takeover is about the only time a share is valued correctly against its assets. Stock prices go up and down with the wind and often have very little link to the companies true value. I own RMG and thats priced so far under its NAV to be ridiculous, markets are useless.

Oils flying again

God knows, but it's rapidly become the most dull stock in my portfolio. Isn't even any day trade potential as the range is too small.

At the time Glen was 70p it was days away from bankruptcy. i used to work with one of their trading partners, and a few days before their results they were ringing around trying to liquidate commodity stockpiles so they had some cash on the book for their results, to make it look like they weren't about to go under. Got lucky the market turned, if it had been a few weeks later they would have gone under.

The price action on TLW might be utter garbage of late, but to be honest I find no point selling here as it's impossible to predict when it turns. Will just tuck it away for a few weeks. Personally looking for 170p plus short term.
