What you forget to mention Charlie is whilst the divi has been reduced, it is still set at a minimum equivalent to +7% currently, with scope for upside as mentioned in their press release. Not many people would turn their nose up at 7% + a year return, certainly very few people who are on this board. I also have a longer term view, and see the investment in parcels (which is now the biggest part of the business by the way, and growing rapidly) as being a massive opportunity for significant future growth and associated return. Each to their own, but in my view anyone not buying at this level when they can, will be kicking themselves in 12-24 months.
