Amazes me on here the people who know Mr. Birch's financial situation. Nobody knows how much of a percentage of his financial worth this is to him. Might be paltry might not be. Simple fact is Van/cats attacking it is silly. Yesterday it was no Director buys bad sign. Today there's a Director buy and it's oh look it's only a tiny amount.
Simple fact chucking a Director title on someone doesn't make them pigging rich.
Jeez you pull someone up on you're this morning and come out with that load of garbage.
Are you drinking early today
One rule don't forget he's allegedly on holiday and he's busy by the pool toying IL his five figure profit. Currently £100.22 on his short if you can believe he has one.
Should have used I am instead of I'm - every little helps
He's busy with Sol Gold today giving them the benefit of his wisdom.
Martinmerry Cruel and SADISTIC
the twisted pillock
Might be because your trying to give financial advice when you aren't qualified to do so.
Think1982 is the same person who has been updating the Cloudtag website with all that crap. Just giving people false hope and twisting the knife. Sad F.ck
It's Riverfort buying back in. Realised they might make better money by investing than trashing.
You're alleged holidays must be pigging boring the amount of posts you send whilst you're so called away.
For someone who says they know nothing of Sareum do you even know what funding Afham is talking about.
Always amuses me how sooner or later they all trot out the old I own several profitable businesses line.
Who gives a flying f. Another one like his oppo giving out financial advice totally against the rules.
Do you mean took OFF 100 years?
He did last December roughly around this price too. Can't always be on him though. Be nice to see the two main men step in and buy for a change instead of just getting options.
Smart_inv there's only Parker ever does. Some will say it's a good sign if no buys as they may be in negotiations. Shorttracker is not showing any shorts on Sareum but it doesn't record below .5%.
Suspect our BoD are on holiday and it's their shares that are getting battered too. Just got to ride it out.
Well Mitchell is away till the 12th September according to his out of office mail. Is he on holiday Oris he in Australia with the safety committee. If yours so peed off with them Gunner email them and ask them WTF is going on. They might actually ask you what you want them to say when they have already said where the trials are up to and where the finances are up to. The big disappointment to me with the BoD is Owen the so called deal maker. Not doing any at the moment is he but if he gets us a billion in the next year I will be happy. The thing to remember is this amount of finance is peanuts to Pharma it's not going to worry them to add three million on to get rid of them. However this finance let's the BoD get on with the plan and keep cheap offers away. That's my belief and hope.
How can it be counterintuitive when it's all you have been banging on about since you popped up here. I do find it boring though.
Gosh it's as though you have a magic keyboard. Didn't the same happen the other day. WOW!
Everyone us hugely underwhelmed.
How you work that from the majority of posts is beyond me. All good news and progress moving along. For someone who knows nothing about SAR you certainly want people to hear your opinions.
Darien Taylor terms not disclosed how much more info do you want from them. The set up fee, the commission, the loan term, the shares issued to repay, the warrants and future instalments if needed.
Seems no one agrees with me that a set value rate has already been applied to any sales Riverfort make to shares. If they sell below either of the set rates that's their loss and nothing Sareum have to compensate them for. More likely that it would be the four lowest VWAP dates of the 15 days prior to the loan agreement. Right now I would think they are recovering the commission and the 4.5% fee.
Reading the RNS and using my limited maths. There is NO interest paid on the initial deposit and future deposits up to the fourth. There is a 4.5% charge on each and the initial 50k set up fee. Any sales Riverfort make irrespective of what they sell at are deemed to be at 130% of the initial 102 valuation or a discount of 10% to the lowest four VWAP days PRIOR to the deposit and future deposits. Not knowing what the VWAPS were before this was announced somebody somewhere will be able to tell us. But to me if Riverfort sold all their shares and trashed the SP making say just 1.5 million back in cash Sareum would just turn round and say well that was your fault for selling and the agreed price in the terms was 102 plus 30% per share. If the lowest VWAP for four of the fifteen days gave a share price of say 108 less 10% roughly 99 per share, Riverfort may make a small loss which Sareum would have to issue shares to make up. I don't think it is in the Death Spiral terminology being used to frighten people. Is it not right that the share values that Riverfort now hold actually had values given to them st the outset of the deal. The SP decline if any after they do sell any has no bearing on the SP Riverfort and Sareum have agreed to. The only event that can change those terms is if Sareum do another placing.
Or is that too simplistic?
