Hello Mathsprof but RF have to come back to Sareum and say we have sold that lot of shares you gave us at 10p. However we sold them at 13p so the 800k owed is actually less by 87k. So sareum may well say here's another lot at 10p but if things are going well RF will sell at the higher price and that will be shown to be reducing the balance by more than 10p a share.

I don't believe that there is no check on the sell price RF get.

My big beef with the RF agreement is the agreement states, they may sell shares from time to time to recoup the loan.

Well RF thought sod from time to time, and went and sold aggressively every single day.

They trashed the SP intentionally whether for reverse TO, or some other reason. Certainly out of line with the deal IMO. Hope SAR make them wait now till 2025.

Smart the main thing, is invest through the wrap then Sareum get your cash. Open market the seller gets the cash, and the MMs get the commission.

Exactly Aberystwyth. No change to the number of shares issued as warrants already. And they would have to pay for them and I don't think RF have a pot to p.ss in.

Reality 10 RNS s be issued up to 18.30 hours, I think.

Chrisatrdg I am in the same boat the original RNS with the funding states when we draw down money wevissue placing shares. If RF want to make up the shortfall they get issued subscription shares. The last RNS misses any mention of the 1.4 million we were going to draw down. This was extra to the 300k. We will have to wait till next week for the financial to see if we actually got any part of the 1.4 and that's what these placement shares are for.

If we have received no cash on this 6 month anniversary why are the BoD issuing placement shares. Why no mention of the up to 1.4 million we could have asked for. There is no need to pay back any sums until August 25. If RF wanted a payback on some of the debt they were to ask for conscription shares mot placement shares.

Co fused as to why the 1.4 is not in discussion and as to why the BoD are issuing placement not subscription shares. Anyone any idea?

Hello Reality10 and anyone who may know. Is this next placing to pay for the next instalment of the facility of up to 1.4 million. We were due 2 payments at the 6 month anniversary of up to 1.4, and 300k dependant on certain conditions. Today's RNS says we haven't met the 300k conditions, but have we still drawn up to 1.4 as allowed.

Not clear to me at all.

Reality10 HOW are we out of RFs clutches. Aren't the new placing shares being issued to them so they just keep selling them. I hope you are right and the shares are going somewhere else but the RNS says they are being issued under the terms of the facility.

I would say though if I was a HNW I would pay this RF deal off, but I would want a lot more control of the running of the company.

HBD if Birch was in any way clued up he would have steered them away from an RF type deal.

David70 I don't think half of the directors shares sold would be 750k would it?. I do think as you say it would send a strong message of belief. However the directors sale RNS would probably not mention that they would funnel the sale proceeds into the company knowing Sareum previous RNSs.

Just not got a clue what to do now, sell or hang on, who knows. Shameful.

Thanks for the link HBD, just read the first three posts. Seems they are blaming the poor performance of their investments. One guy points out its their own aggressive selling that's destroying the SP of RGO. Perhaps they need a rethink of their strategy. Idiots.
