Open offer to qualifying shareholders = 1 new ordinary share for every 11.7 existing ordinary shares at 4p per new ordinary share (the "Open Offer"); Which is just plain stupid! I took some profits at the 6p level with the recent rise & only have a small stash of 10k left...for which I would be allocated a meagre 854 shares at 4p = £34...just not worth the bother! FFS! Last 4 years January TA's have been as follows... 2015 = 13/01 2014 = 09/01 2013 = 07/01 2012 = 10/01 I'm guessing that the Football pools sojourn has delayed this years'? But also, 8.5p paid in almost double the avg' daily trading volume, already today... Now 20% up on my 7p double up,,,TA must be about to Pop! GLA

Hi Mtruckle, 'Apologies for the delay in getting back to you but I have only just seen your post. To get the 7.35p Dividend ( = 7.35% based on the current sp of 100p) you needed to buy #GMD before the amended Ex-Dividend date which was 31 December 2015 (previously 14 January 2016). The Record Date was 4 January 2016 (previously 15 January 2016) & the shareholders have since agreed to pay that Divi' on the 5th. of February 2016.
