That's what I was thinking. The EL was a big stepping stone to being a profitable company but the LP is pretty much lift off.
I still think that a lot of investors will become aware of the potential here and jump on board soon which will see the SP climb to new highs we haven't seen for a long time. Especially if we are in the top risers again for a few days next week.

Good point, forgot to take that into account.

It nearly got to 10p just for the EL, so hopefully it'll easily go past 10p+ with news of the LP being granted.

I've been here for a while myself and have been way up and way down with it, even in the space of just a few days thanks to the last cash raise after the EL was granted.
There is indeed a long way to go, but it's nice to see it moving in the right direction again after finally getting some positive news with even more hopefully on the way.

There are massive riots and unrest in China from people fighting back against more Covid tyranny.
Western media isn't reporting it but the videos and images are all out there.

The Chinese people are rebelling and rioting against yet more ridiculous lockdowns.
It's not being shown in the mainstream media but it is happening.
Hopefully things will change soon.

The biggest worry I think right now is if we have enough money left to keep on waiting well into next year if need be.

I think it will most likely be "We are still applying for a LP to be granted" .... So nothing new there.
That's if we do actually hear anything soon. 2023 will be when we have a much clearer picture by the looks of it.

Pilsbury7 - Totally agree. Covid and the GoM not being fully aware Pof local issues has undeniably caused a lot of delays and issues here. Things are in motion though, I think it is positive news the more I read the above. Of course, nothing is for certain but there has always been that risk here. There is a lot of money to be made for the GoM, Matad, Mike Buck, us investors and many more here which is only needing a LP to be granted in order to become a reality. That is now being worked on for sure. Like you said, MB and Matad are not sat on their thumbs. The wheels are hopefully turning.
We deserve to hear some news soon. Let's hope it is positive.

Hard to judge if this good or bad news from what I see really ....
Yes we want changes now and ASAP, but things are clearly in motion at least which is a positive.
They are openly working on it and despite local opposition, they have acknowledged that it is causing issues and needs to change.
If the guy doesn't show up then eventually they will just proceed without him as they are actually moving towards doing so. All depends how soon the reconvene of course.
The markets will see it how they will though, which could be no change, or it could be bad.
If this is the last hurdle to the LP then at least things are in motion.

If any positive news comes that it will be next year now. I'd be amazed if otherwise.
We are all hoping that it is just a case of the GoM ... or most likely the local GoM there playing hard ball with the LP, but as Ojay said, we have no idea because PM don't tell us anything.
If there was equipment en route then I wonder what the hell has happened to it?
Are PM just leaking money storing all that somewhere whilst hoping the LP will issued soon?
We can only keep the faith until we know differently. Like many on here I am heavily invested and have been for a while.
I personally don't believe that MB is pulling the wool over our eyes though, I think he's no doubt doing everything he can to try and get this sorted. Why wouldn't he want to do so as it would make him very wealthy well at the end of day?
I think MB and PM in general may be worried that an RNS just stating that "negotiations are still ongoing? would have a negative impact on the SP and push it down further. The only silver lining is I thought it may have gone lower than what it is right now. People are still buying as well as we saw with the 2 blue days last week.
Totally agree that all the waiting and not knowing is truly horrendous though.

From what I gathered we should have enough to see us through till spring next year from the last raise.
Hopefully … a LP will have been granted by then.
