Thx HNS, I went to Cine Friday night and had exactly the same feelings you describe sitting in there, didn't enjoy the movie because I was regretting my stupid decision to invest everything in the place I was sitting. It's a shame because cinema is one of my main hobby's, Odeon is a lot further for me but I won't have the same feeling going there. I hope Mooky reflects on the fact he may not have considered that many of his customers will be shareholders who invested for the same reason I did because I love Cinema

As I was saying to Mountainous I would love to mount a recovery strategy but I was made redundant during COVID from my job of 31 years . It's not easy at my age to find a suitable replacement role. I have actually lost count of the number of jobs I've applied for and interviews I've had. However I am not bothering the state for any help as I have a BT pension which covers the monthly bills but leaves not much else to spend or save with. So no recovery strategy for me at the moment until I can get back into full time employment :-( Literally all my life savings has been stolen by Mooky & Co

I remember asking Ashley in the foyer when you were talking to Mooky if she was worried about the share price to which she replied "every company is worried about its share price" - what was I meant to take away from that answer? I wonder how her and the rest of the BODs come out of this, they definitely aren't fighting for shareholders if they still are holders themselves

As I have pointed out on Cineworld's Facebook Group in their posts "Remember that share holders are customers too" - I hope Mooky takes note of this statement and mulls it over. After being a loyal customer since they opened here I won't be one anymore and however much my custom being lost won't make any difference to their new company there will be many more customers who also hold shares and have lost everything who will be thinking exactly the same

Yes it's disgusting how he and his brother are getting away with this, I just don't understand why there isn't more objection apart from our small group on Telegram led by the brilliant Ionut. Where are the objections from the larger holders like HSBC and Barclays? Im hoping the FT article about Mooky's huge parachute payment annoys them enough to start objecting now too

@mountainous sadly money isn't replaceable when you are out of work :-( I lost my job of 31 years to redundancy at the same time I lost all my life savings in Cineworld. I would love to be earning money to be saving and buying shares again

I had a chat with him on the phone as he called me last month and with his help wrote my letter to the judge. You can also tell him of your intention to sign the engagement letter from the lawyers representing us in court.

@mountainous the best thing we can do right now is to help patience with the fight back and be heard in court, the more of us who join and sign (email him to do so) the greater chance we have
