James is trying to fit this offer into his narrative so he can say that he was right with his estimations and say that they are offering 85p a share. They aren't. The cash injection is irrelevant to the offer price. That is like me saying I'm going to buy a car for 10k and then spend 5k fixing it up so I have offered the seller of the car 15k. Nonsense. The proposed offer is 35p a share
It's also concerning that the SP hasn't closed up a bit more on the proposed offer. I know the offer hasn't been made but I would still hope for a bit more than a 2-3p increase. My average is 34p after getting greedy and averaging up from 25p. Plenty of lessons in this one! I'm out as soon as I break even or get close before suspension. Help me Apollo-wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
With the board being 'minded' to accept this lowball, surely the institutional investors need to publicly come out and reject this fairly quickly to see how far sidara are willing to go? Can't trust the BoD to do the right thing here by shareholders. The books must look pretty bad or there are some issues with refinancing I'm guessing?
No l. Jenashon was talking about Borders. I was talking about the 4 million shares sold by ninety one yesterday. And no, I'm not selling, I've made that clear
Don't be so rude you silly man. It's not fake concern and this board is for discussing this stock. You can't attack anyone who who deviates slightly from your constant ramping. I am a normal, small time investor and I am allowed some concerns and this is the place to discuss it. I'm still in this stock for a buyout or a turnaround play (not willing to lock in the losses when I think a turnaround is highly possible). Nobody has been 'outed'. Not complying with your nonsense does not mean anyone is a shorter or anything more than they say they are. Now carry on shouting at the weather you wally
Yeah, I've not been too bothered about the absolute blather on here either way - some people relentlessly ramping and some people relentlessly forecasting doom. I am a little bothered by some of the big institutional holders making big sells yesterday
I think the SP is just noise at the moment. Just like I didn't panic when it dropped 13% last week, I'm not too excited when it goes up 10% today. SP is the same as it was 1 month ago and has fluctuated in this range since then. I'm sure the first I'll know if the outcome is when it jumps massively or tanks. Seeing as I'm in it to win it, there's not much I can do until that point
Great advice. I'm here past Monday too depending on what happens! I feel fairly sanguine about it all so was asking more out of curiosity. I shouldn't have been so rude back but it annoyed me. It's definitely been a fun stock to be in - I'm comfortable that this is a punt and either way, it won't affect my life
Sharebel. You are a sad little man. I'm still learning and have only been investing for a few months.
What a poor existence you have - I can only imagine how empty you are to be on a forum for a stock you are not invested in on a Saturday morning, just to be rude. I suggest you channel your efforts into making some friends or family so you don't have to be haunting forums that are nothing to do with you. IMHO DYOR
