Nike, the exclusivity fee expired (thereabouts) the 4th of Sept. RNS -R (strange that) dated 5th Aug. A bit of waffle since but absolutely nothing to suggest that mid October should be bringing news regarding this. I would suggest there will be no further news regarding this, maybe slipped into a RNS that the party decided not to continue as per the last NDA signed a few years ago. As per Banbury, if I call this wrong I'll be happy to cease posting...after an apology from myself. Other than to my wife, I've rarely had to apologise 😁

I think hapless, you will find, the company always posts statements that are open to different interpretations. This creates confusion on which you always try to claim your version is correct. Here's a fact, you never are. The RNS today need never have been raised if they'd been more precise in the first place.

Well, FWIW, I'm relatively happy with today's news. It allows us, at least in the short term, to fulfill our obligations without (hopefully) dilution. It's not the greatest deal, but make no mistakes, Soma knew our situation and held the cards. It was obviously, never going to be the figures that Hapless threw around, if a poster ever over egged anything it's that fool. Also, it was never going to cause a re rate (see Hapless prediction again that the MMs wouldn't know how to open with this 'news') But despite his drivel , as a SH, I'm ok with the deal. Proof of the pudding will be if anything else comes to fruition.
