Einvestein - I've had corresponce with PL on that topic and basically the regulation about what a miner can and can't do with the product from the mine is Byzantine... I'm sure if it was easier they'd already be doing it! This share should really still be in double figures and the way it's going at the moment even I'm having trouble resisting thoughts about shady backroom dealings and questionable flows of information etc. I just hope we get reassuring news soon. KingJims - I had hoped we'd be there now, then I revised that in light of bad luck at the mine and thought sometime near Christmas. Given the utter failure to manage the combined hits of the s54 notice and the funding crisis I am all out of predictions... Valency may have a better view (usually does!) with technical backup for reasoning.

Can all the speculating short term traders just bugger off please, guessing it's them dropping the price again as they exit at 3p having bought at 1.8 or whatever... I still say anything over 10p should be the expectation. Previous high of 13.88 (IIRC) and we hadn't even sold a diamond back then!

Anything over 10p is fine with me! I'd prefer some information and a dividend payment or two as promised, but hey ho - this is AIM and you get what you pay for.

Either way the little guys get screwed with no hint of thanks for our support over the last (in my case) three years or so... One thing's for sure, I don't see the Board losing out personally.

It bloody needs to or we lose everything. I'll be sorely tempted to fly down there, bust in and take my stake in rough diamonds! My holding is all electronic through my bank so I don't even have any pretty Certificates to act as a memento of the extreme folly of trusting an AIM BoD, and we had such high hopes of PL and the others... such a shame for the workforce too, spare a thought for those poor guys actually risking life and limb to drag our Kimberlite out!

Whilst I completely agree that recent communication has been utterly appalling by the company, suggesting they have tipped off selected parties is a pretty serious accusation - I'd love to see any evidence for that other than veiled references to reported trades... I am interested to see that all brokers still have this rated as over 14p... I'd happily sell my entire holding for that right now.

Shares below 5p for a mine that recently produced a gem quality stone in double figure carats... something is very wrong. As it says - "to those that have shall be given". Basically translates as "the little guys get shafted". Need a drop down entry of "F&@£ing livid" in the opinion box...

I can't see any good reason for the SP to keep falling, the brief rise can't have been enough to prompt people to sell surely? Glad to hear others' insights...

Very interesting. He can have my shares at anything over 20p!
