So we will now take over the Platcro operation of producing Chrome. The PGM rich leftovers that we bought plus that was increasing by 12,000 tonnes/month will still be trucked to Northan (Eland), but due to the improved efficiencies, will be even more PGM rich. So still a profit share on the PGM production of 2800oz/month.

The Platcro chrome plant will give us access to loads of 3rd party chrome ore, which will give us longevity at Platcro and Elland.
Without any improvements it will give us £1m/quarter in extra earning. That will only improve. Will fine chrome come into play at this site???

Will we still be transporting the PGM material to Northam or will that now be processed at the Platcro plant. Does this have a license for for PGM production as TBTT stated?

With a PE of 7 9Kalan's figure used recently), would this not add around £30m to Enterprise value?

TBTT, I believe it already has approval to produce PGM's. It's the DCM plant that requires approval.

From todays RNS: 'With the integration of our PlatCro PGM project we anticipate the processing of 65 000 tonnes of PGM rich materials and 80 000 tonnes of chrome materials per month of processing capacity.'
From JLP Website/operations:
(1) 'Targeting 60 000 tonnes per month processing rate for the recovery of Platinum Group Metals'
(2) 'Agreement executed with Northam Platinum to utilise existing platinum recoveiy plant based on profit share and zero plant capital outlay by Jubilee'.

Have we now purchased the Placro operation from Northam?
We were already expecting 60,000 tonnes/month processing rate of PGM material at the Platcro Operation. The RNS today states 65,000 tonnes of PGM material and also 80,000 tonnes/month of Chrome rich material.

If we have purchased the Platcro Operation, we now get 100% of the profits for the PGM's produced, as opposed to the 60,000 tonnes/month profit share deal. We have also now added the Chrome production to this (80,000 tonnes/month).
Northam have upgraded the plant and we are now buying it, was this always the plan, or am I barking up the wrong tree.

GW 'you should expect that it will lose all todays gains tomorrow if past history plays out again. It is VERY unlikely that there will be any new news today.

Or recover the losses incurred over the last 6-12 months, due to Hernic now at 2500oz and DCM returned to normal service with improved recovery of chrome. That would be 3p - 4.5p.

Does anyone have any idea of the standard make-up %'s for our 6E PGM basket.
Palladium is up $200-$300 since August. Average for the year is around $975, it's now over $1170.
Platinum has averaged around $830 from July onward. Hopefully we are receiving more now for our PGM oz's.

They obviously won't, but any profits used this way over the next few months, would be doubled or tripled if re-issued.in say 9 months time. IMHO

Earnings will improve our interest rates and the lenders will probably be at the front of the queue for payment.
Profit would reduce JLP's risk profile and open up avenues to lenders with better rates. That will first need to be seen in the accounts though.

I see the 200 SMA at 2.58p now and JLP breaking above this I would see as positive, by the end of Nov it'll be around 2.5p.
I think we would see a golden cross around Dec/Jan 19, which would be the start of the re-rate and your 9p target could be on the cards.

Also, I'm no chartist, but 2.6p as the start of the break out seems a little high. Chartist2 caould you expand on ur reasoning please.

As for LC owning shares. I agree with 3card, that if shares are taken in lieu of wages, they should be allocated at that time, or within a specified time frame.

I think JLP are now priced on their financial statements, most AIM shares are priced on their potential. However the MM's will see a base level to set the SP from their financials, but there is always the period in between where we see improved output/revenue and this should assist with increasing the SP if it shows as a positive.
Year End 2018 (June18) report will not show improvement due to output and prices, which the quarterly reports have shown & the reason we are at this SP. The 4 months since the report will show positively compared to SP. I think the Q4 report will be the start of the major re-rate. IMHO

I have increased my holding by 50% this year always thinking we're at the bottom. I'm hoping I get one more top-up, but won't be disappointed if it increases before I have the funds.

Raising £6m - $2m will be used to clear debts ( capped at $1m each company). That leave $4m to run the NewCo for 18 month as stated in RNS. The drilling rig will be cheaper, but still have a cost to run along with Lab results.

If the Newco IPO'd with 625m shares. I see Prem holders holders owning 500m (80%) of these. So Prem holders would receive approx 1 Newco share for every 14 Prem shares held. If the Mcap was £18m the sp would be 2.88p/share. So to raise $6m (£4.61m) we would have to issue in the region of 160m more shares. Lets say 800m shares in issue. prem still hold 500m, or 62.5% of Newco.

As you say Kalan, A little simplified, but that is probably what LC is aiming to achieve.

The success of the fine chrome circuit could be a game changer in itself.

Also, not every AIM company has access to funding as we have. We are a long way on from the Debt spiral finance of Darwin ETC.

You could be right: Ref GR paying his loan back from Circum stake.
If Prem is left as a shell co valued at £6m. If he's owed £300k by Prem then that's 5% of the holding, or 5% of Prem added to his already substantial holding.
