For the very near term catalysts, 4d is funded, however the mid term catalysts are to far off to know if 4d are able to achieve them. Bio pharma start ups need cash. Come on BoD's, give us an update on where we are, a well run company should have funds to see it through the next 12 months.

Even if they list a $5, my 1500 Accustem shares, after consolidation will not make up for any loses incurred through holding TILS/TLSA.
I remain holding now for Foralumab to be the go to treatment for Alzheimer's, MS & Crohns etc.

The drop to 25c might have been the bargain of a life time.
1.4 cents/share in old money.
The accustem split out of TILS was due to no value being given to it.
Well the split have given it a 1p to 12p valuation 25cents to $3
Roll on the Nasdaq listing and a proper valuation.

They may end up raising funds around this level, at a slight discount to this price. As you say SR, there seems some support here.
I won't say strong support as it's always the 'Kiss of death'.
If it drops from here, it allows me to increase my holding as 4D's % of portfolio will change/reduce.

It listed around $2 after moving from the ACMSY where it was trading around 10-15cents. So it would appear the ACUT price reflects the 20:1 consolidation. So in old money they're worth about 3.8 cents ( 76 cents close)
Obviously that market has tiny volume due to most holders having no ability to trade ACUT and the shares are having wild swings - yesterday $0.76-$1.50.
Hopefully the true value will be higher when everything is sorted and the way ahead is clear.

SJ1 did say he would buy the sold shares back in when the risk has improved/Funding requirements/route is clear. His knowledge got me to invest in 4D.

Agree BoNidel, the current price does not reflect the Enterprise value.
However there is no mention of an IPO: Sec filing states - 'The company is currently listed on the OTC PINK (ACUT) and plans to file an application to list IT'S COMMON STOCK on the Nasdaq Capital Market.'

It may do an equity raise for finance to move forward using StemprintER in various hospitals or just to pay the BoD whilst they source a buyer or partner to advance it.

I think the 20:1 split has occurred, it was trading around 10cents as ACMSY, then it changed to ACUT and traded around $1.50-$3, now at $1.20 ish ( haven’t checked).
