Dave the only thing I am wondering ,was this ED deal was forced or stumbled across(Charles Cathness leaving, but Price did sign the deal) ,and really only pans out if they repeat it pretty sharpish. The problem is the southern acreage which they need to replace now imo,as this would have guaranteed $12m PA over 5y(current oil price) which is where the whole deal would have put us. So new acreage required asap. Also I think they should have requested a 9th well on the pad to run a DTU PWP test ,or perhaps the wells are already close enough for this with the well spacing figures Fadec was highlighting recently. It would be good if use of DTU written into the future deals where appropriate. I can't remember which COGCC meeting it was but renegade were complaining about HNR wanting to use new tech on wells was that indeed DTU .

I've come to the same conclusion the new deal frees more cash sort term per share for 4 to five years, due to share placings required or other finance deals taking cash out of the company ,so as you said, 4 years to deliver Helios and DTU with more cash available to do this, plus knock out a few more ED plays ,the game it there to win and big time .

Why the market care about that as we only earn pocket money from it if one wells a duster we've saved $6m ,and still get revenue off the other seven. we've got no further capital risk, and probably $4m coming in PA for the foreseeable .with future ED plays being lined up,the market has even priced in the $10m bank balance let alone any of the programs but these my opinion.

Down 6% earlier on 180K of sales I guess something going on , picking up this stock Now is good business imo. Fundamentals are sound here ,money now to commercialize DTU and fund new Denver play, with a big wild card on Helios when well uncapped later in the year. Ramping by some but these are facts as stated in the RNS. Jacky u obviously don't watch live share prices by the timing of your comment, if it hits 17p good luck to you if it doesn't better luck next time, we all make our own decision on buying selling .

If we're waiting for a full set of 20 parents I'm in big poop,as I'll be dead I reckon. The main patents imo are granted the others add to the tech. I'd think We must be close to paying contracts, the talk in the last RNS to me was up beat. The change in direction on ED was very sudden,the change in tact to fund DTU as a priority made this decision imo, and this is now getting to a low risk project.

Renegade obviously wanted a bigger cut perhaps the same as HNR 6% of total revenues. After Conoco deal paying the state 20% instead of 16.5% might make sense as all new land will probably have to higher royalty in future deals, would True run with that ?

I would think with Cully repeating ED is a working model news on ED farmins are pretty imminent ,we seem on good terms with Conoco and they have just invested massively in the region so I'd think they will want the resources out the ground with oil price where it is. So come on CC delivery is required .

If we get news that we are paying to use DTU but company stating the testing had been cost free to us on the successful oil flow rates increase of15%, if the increase is there companies surly lining up for testing at just a cost free to HNR basis ,proving DTU further .

Anybody got any paper work on the patent which is nearing completion. would like to read though see if this could well be holding up DTU contracts I thought the three most critical were passed. EC don't think it's the final patent just the latest nearing completion.

I'm only stating revenues ,most small cap haven't any, so release placing after placing ,we have one tenth of 1 billion shares ,there's companies out there with 4 5 6 billion not bringing in revenues, we're not quite self supporting but closing in on it imo.

$5.4m instant revenue. Even long term over years, 8 wells at 220bpd at today's oil price $2.5m a year, possible 24 well $7.5m. Plus hopefully DTU to rejuvenate them or allow infill drilling . Plus the fact min cost no share dilution. So 8 well revenue by years end $3.8 +$5.4+$3m on well oil production =Circa $13m revenue by end of year.is that about right?

Perhaps it's Cantor buying in the background, and perhaps they were the mystery 30p buyer ,pre selling on the good news from the first two wells when the SP was at mid 30s,as they were named as brokers soon after, all a bit of a mystery really as who could have this selling power week after week. Or is it just all down to the low priced placing last year, as on 12p some peeps can sell at at very good margin .

Fadec let's hope ur right, but as I said time is of the essence, as we have no revenue coming in until the 6 wells come on line ,well 6% of the two existing wells total revenue. Decent income from the six new wells for six months on production (are all to be bought on line asap)so in that time we need to deliver . I do see the positive side in the ED deal ,as we will have six extra wells producing immediately in stead of probably just two so our immediate income is 7.5 X3 = 22.5% of the cash we would have bought in in that time ,with no costs of bringing the wells on line so we're probably circa 60% cash to the company's bank account with no dilution or paying of debt.
