Sadly no matter what action we take I can assure you they will have it covered, the wording of this RNS will have been well planned and poured over by their legal team. I sold today at a massive loss because I see no way out of this legal minefield that is designed to protect the Rich and Greedy, this has left a bitter taste and once again AIM has proved a safe breeding ground for the corrupt.

There has been much publicity of how AL and The Hindaju Family are so ethical in their business dealings and how their father taught them to uphold these values no matter what, looks like these values have deserted them in this case, or perhaps they don't know the full story, I think this news needs to go to a wider audience ie the press.

This was the Plan all along IMO, years of shafting shareholders and now the final insult. The Hinduja Brothers and the AL group were meant to be a Benefit but they have turned out to be the main Catalyst to our downfall, I believe this Company has been run down so AL could acquire it on the cheap.
