RE: Cancellation.....6 Sep 2019 11:03
I am neither "ballsy" nor a day trader. I have just probably (or maybe not!!!!!) wasted circa £270 and topped up. You see I smell a rat here. After cancellation, perhaps there will be a share consolidation announced, to catch out any of the remainder small holders, perhaps 1000:1.
After that those big holders, will in due course, be offered effectively their money back via some sort of corporate action. With the no reporting requirement, none of this is known, BUT you are a shareholder still so you get to be part of the deal.. Now that more money has been saved since not part of AIM and some improvement in income etc. a sale will take place. perhaps the deal will be in shares in a listed company that takes on the assets.
I feel that this, or something like it , will happen in the next year. Sure out and out gambling. If nothing else they have to administer the share register and keep me in the loop, so I am being a small PITA.
Brave I am not, stupid perhaps? Well that is already proved by being a shareholder in an Africa orientated company! Afren, Lonrho Africa, Petrofac, Tullow, to name a few off the top of my head.
Good luck, thanks for the ride, it has been fun here.
