Global trade has been grossly unfair to the USA for the longest time they have essentially been adopting unilateral free trade whilst the bureaucrat class elsewhere has taken the pee. Skier generally speaking commissions are not transparent when they are excessive.

I think there are more egregious cases than others. Generally the commissions were probably fine but some were far too high. Unfortunately I suspect the law will rule they were all incorrect.
