It will keep getting lower don't you worry, not even at cash shell value yet, around 0.40 is where it should stop free falling based on other cash shell values
The selling is because NFX is a terrible investment, sub 90 today it appears, great price for a punt if you're happy to continue losing on this in the short term but could come good if they ever get a half decent team in to deliver the product
1.575 trade was just reversed it appears, ever downwards this one goes. Still sticking around as if the court case gets settled for anything meaningful the sp will instantly rerate
SP just shot up to 1.575, either a glitch or something afoot? Settle of €195m case?
Dropped below 1p now, new all time lows incoming? Disaster
If the market had the faith in this company that Soup has the SP would be far better. They usually say the markets that will bring you riches will also bring you to your knees first, this is exactly what NFX will do IMO, in fact it will probably bring you to your knees by diluting the share price through perpetual raises rendering the value of everyone except the last investors investment worthless. Be great product when they release it and people that participate in the final raise get to benefit from the subsequent value of the company.
Anyone with a more cynical view than this wins doom-monger of the week award.
So we're back to business as usual with daily declines to previous lows I see/expect, what are people's thoughts on the recent flurry of buying that jacked up the SP? Has someone (a big buyer) just paid over the odds to get a stake in NFX only to be immediately 25-28% down on their investment?? Bold strategy IMO
Bid 1.26 currently
Bid is dropping quick time, someone is dumping a lot of shares today it seems, shame to drift back to the low 1s after what was a decent initial rise that held (almost)
Fair play Soup, having read your longer post I can see why my rants are upsetting! I'll stop moaning about intra-day movements and ride this out; what do people consider a reasonable timeline to achieve the best case scenario of value generation here? I had c3 years in mind but is that wishful?
For the millionth time I hold, it's not worth selling now, I'm sure they'll be some sort of recovery here and I'll get out at a better price than this. Don't need you lot to sell to buy any more cheaper though, this share declines all by itself by virtue of the company being a dog with no proper team in place to deliver any value
There goes 1p, as many predicted. Don't listen to them though, this company (that keeps going down in value) is a great investment lol
If sarcasm is not in your lexicon please don't bother responding
What view do people have on the tiny trades that drag the bid down, I see we are now at 1p on the nose but there's only a couple of trades for around a tenner each at this level. Is this just book balancing by MMs?
WWT - it's not that I don't think it will get better it's more the eternal frustration with NFX slowly dropping fairly regularly. There's heaps of companies that are sat on something that's potentially massive, including NFX, we just want the market (which is always 100% correct) to get on board with it and that is not happening, quite the opposite lately = frustration and moaning (sorry everyone, but please feel free to appease me with optimism re NFX, I'll take it!).
Nothing imaginary about my disastrous investment here unfortunately! I wish it was imaginary and I wasn't sat on such a loss with this awful share. So, yes I'll still be here in 6 months with my very real shareholding, keep up the ramping.
You post that and accuse others of waffling? Lol, thank you for the laugh and useless post, much appreciated.
Surprising, although at 85% down they may have just written off now! Hopefully they realise the opportunity to regain some of their investment and have a clear out at SENS.
Cynical view here is that it's rigged, the management are a disgrace and want this on the cheap. The play here is for larger shareholders to band together and sack the entire team and put a new team in place. The tanking share price is great for management who want to buy it out, but I would guess that they're dreaming - institutional investors who've recently put material amounts of funds in here will not agree it IMO.
Fair point, but the cynical part of me says that if management want an MBO you'll lose their interest if any other route is followed, they need to be removed and replaced ASAP. Hopefully the large shareholders will be arranging this.
It's rendered the company as it currently stands (and by company I mean the management team and board) un-investible, not sure where this leaves the company as if they don't get their MBO at the level targeted they'll potentially just walk and there won't be a company left! Extreme scenario but yes the board needs to go, shame larger shareholders haven't got together and made such changes
Depends on price offered, although if rejected management will probably not be the best team to have in place as they'll be annoyed at getting their MBO rejected. Haven't had much experience with them to be honest.
