Mag, see today's RNS comment where the largest shareholder (who has more than the required number of votes to pass the resolution) said they intend to vote in favour of it:

"The Company's major shareholder, EICR has confirmed to the Directors that it intends to vote or procure votes in favour of the Resolution, in respect of all Ordinary Shares held by it, currently amounting to 157,306,152 Ordinary Shares in aggregate, representing approximately 82.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Accordingly, the Directors expect that the Resolution will be passed at the General Meeting."

0.25 on the bid, when this gets down to 0.05 on the bid will definitely be worth a top up

My sentiments too FFXS, have said it all along, a raise is highly likely at a completely diminished SP, thus rendering existing holders massively diluted with minimal hope of recovering any initial investment. I've written my holding here off now, best of luck to those holding/purchasing and HNY all

Very good post NFTs, essentially a worthless share when cash runs out mid next year (which it will), beggars belief why anyone would be convinced to the contrary

Good to see some sense posted by FFS, expecting this to trickle back down, nothing except solid news will move this dog, and that solid news is likely to come with a caveat of a funding requirement, which will decimate existing shareholders

New all time low just hit on bid I believe. NFX truly is one the greatest shares in the market for those that are seeking to lose money; this new ATL is a terrific milestone for this share and further bolsters its position as one of the biggest dogs you could invest in (I say 'invest', this company is jam tomorrow, and the proverbial jam will come at a significant cost which will see all existing holders diluted to insignificance). Avoid at all costs.

New all time low likely to come soon, that doesn't take much second guessing

Excellent share to invest in if you want to lose money, unlikely to make any real gains with its business model without a huge raise that will render all current shareholders diluted to the max. But yeah, definitely invest, it might go up a bit on a short lived pump as has been the empirical evidence over the last couple of years.

NB - avoid NFX at all costs, dog of a share (and I'm invested here!)

What hurdles are required to be jumped to achieve the £67m upfront fees? Hurdles that come at a cost I would imagine, a cost NFX cannot afford, and therefore...big raise, big dilution

Any raise will be at a huge discount you can be assured, I'd expect around the 0.20 mark, and if it's a big raise it renders any prior investment utterly worthless

Should've thought so, NFX is a dog of an investment and only good for short term pumps like this one, expect a slow drift back down to previous lows or even new lows.

What's interesting is how the rampy crew hopped on board just before the presentation (which arguably warranted the modest rise in SP here), was this known to be occurring? Seems like geniunely expert research and execution for those who predicted the rise, came along, and are now selling out when the market finally likes something NFX chucks out! Hats off to them, everyone else here's to maybe breaking even in the next 10 years on this dog

I reckon we'll open tomorrow at £4,658, but that's conservative based on the presentation. Could be more if the market likes what its heard, possibly up to £57,384 a share based on my maths. Or if the market takes its usual view of NFX you can expect to open lower, consistently drift down further until NFX does what it does best and achieves a new all time low.

Tapping on the door of a fresh all time low currently, will it happen this week or next though? When moon?
