has done. He can no longer be trusted.

It appears there is a lot of gas, some condensate but very little, if any, oil.

They will not actually close the Strait as their own oil passes through it and so does Asia's. They do not wish to upset China! Thus oil rose a bit today and then fell back. Who wants expensive heating oil and petrol anyway? It only puts up most other prices.

No problem with the well, as Cruithe says, we know it is commercial. Now a date for monetisation is required to stop the sp tanking daily. CH needs to clarify the steps to monetisation clearly with expected dates so we have an idea of the timeframe.

Come on then Colin, when is first gas going to happen? This quarter, next quarter, this year even or will it be kicked into 2026? This has been on the cards for so long but nothing has ever materialised. Date please!

Womo. I agree, we absolutely no idea when anything is going to happen. We were originally told when Dominion had completed the pipeline we would be selling gas, offhand that was a couple of years ago the pipeline was finished. Guesswork and uncertainty are now dictating the sp. Even the non ops don't seem to be paying for the costs. CH can't seem to understand this is news driven and fantastic news is useless if there is no product being sold.

This is a really good analysis from NSAI and gives Sea Lion another strong push in the right direction. The best news is that a great deal of the 2c resource number moves to 3P on FID for the project. Navitas have been very positive lately and the FID sounds imminent so more good news.

Navitas has signed an MOU with an FPSO currently in UKCS waters and rumoured to the the Aoka Mizu currently at Lancaster which we know all about. And Navitas have the mammoth Shenandoah field in the Gulf of Mexico due to come onstream ‘mid 2025’. This will give huge funding to Navitas ahead of Sea Lion and of course Rockhopper benefits directly.
