Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Agreed, we only have 1 seller ... find another stock with that level of confidence ;-)
On a serious note, they've been selling for months - possibly a year, so it's nothing to do with the BFS or what the future holds for HZM. The company is solid, but perhaps LO have a renewed focus for their fund ... who knows?
Ha ha, obviously my over-enthusiastic typing got the better of me!
Nevermind, only another 70m shares left for them to dump.
Do you ever get the feeling this BFS will be a damp squib? Hope it's peppered with JV news or something bigger,
I've been saying that someone has been offloading since around May, and this confirms it! 6 months of selling, I knew there was a single big seller taking the momentum out of any rise. All this talk of glencore, but I personally suspected canaccord... but finally the answer is out.
It does feel like the price is being deliberately held sub-4p at the moment.
Hard to believe it's a single seller since about May, would have expected a few TR-1s really. So think there's some "creative" manipulation on buys and sells to hold the price around this area. There's only one good reason to keep the price low, so bigger players can load up when the opportunity presents itself.

"#GKP Marshall Wace gradually closing their short position, from 0.76% to 0.68%. Still 1.56m shares needed to close out."

None of the big boys have reduced their holding (the significant shareholder register was updated on the HZM website 2 days ago). Apart from Cannacord last TR-1, everyone else is still holding strong.
Only nervous PI's selling below placing price, not worried about the long term game here.
Just spent some time going over previous RNS entries, and was noticed the 1st June 2018 (Director options).
The board have the option to buy 1/3rd of 8m shares for 4.80 by end of November (6 months).
"38,150,000 of the Awarded Options have an exercise price of 4.80p. One third of the options are exercisable six months from the date of issue, one third 12 months from the date of issue and one third 18 months from the date of issue."
They are incentivised to get the SP moving in the next month or two.
I'd be very surprised if the DFS results (almost finished) have not been discussed in part already with other mining companies. Workers keep in touch with previous companies and colleagues, and people talk.
Personally, I think a seller or two are reducing their position to fund other companies placings etc.
(Just a personal opinion, but I do know that a lot of these corporate/retail investors don't care for companies assets, cashflow or progress etc. They want to take the fund raise, and flip for 10-40% without doing any work or risk).
I now remember why I don't use these boards very often ...
Only rampy stuff allowed. I noted a simple fact, new shares in issue, new market cap and money raised and it's been shot down as it's not rampy enough (and "technical"). But the £20m cash raised post (which is obviously not true, and evidenced in the RNS) is allowed to stand without rebuke.
Won't be on here again gents, another chat consumed by inaccurate news to sucker in investors it seems.
