SelfishMcNimby,
I didn't say we raised many times in the first 6 months?
I said the first six months were painful, from raise-after-raise. The back end of last year is where most of the money was raised, which made the H1 of this year difficult.
Weapon,
I understand what you're saying. However, surely it's better to be cash generating from our current crop of assets to acquire these new ones? There will ALWAYS be opportunities later on (at a higher SP) to raise funds if needed.
It's time for RBD to deliver.
The first 6 months of this year were painful and raise-after-raise damaged the company's momentum and the boards reputation (after stating they had no intention to raise). Every bit of good news is diluted with some bad.
We've 6 drills in the pipeline, let's get them turning and cash generating.
I do not support another raise, even if it's for a fantastic asset. We've plenty to be getting on with.
... in the next few days to analyse the problem and determine the next course of action.
My advice (for what it's worth), keep your eyes firmly peeled on the trades and order book. If the problem is a big one, then you'll see the big boys flushing their shares into the market before the news is released to the rest of us.
They've kept the news vague for a reason, none of us know what it is yet.
This isn't about oil at this point, it's not a duster or a broken drill bit ... so can still be salvaged.
My view is that with 6 drills (give or take), we have enough on our plate for 2018 already.
Let the SP increase and find it's own value before raising again. These raise are only benefitting the corporates who are buying in and flipping, the private investors are not seeing the fruits of waiting for the catalysts to be realised.
Don't know if the rumours are true or false, but can't help feeling that we have already placed about 4 times this past year - and the company needs to slowly build a stable portfolio of cash generating assets, rather than raise money again to get another asset so soon.
All this raising money increases our market cap of course, but the SP never breaks above the 1p as the value has already been added by the new shares being added to the market.
Not currently generating share holder value, just diluting the company down again and again.
No one seems to know what the problem is, yet they are buying in blindly on the fact the just because it's a "topside" problem - then it can't be serious. Be careful, only the drill dit is in the ground, everything else is topside.
The entire rig is topside, the problem could be literally anything!
Why would you buy stock here until you know what the original technical faults involves?
(Not de-ramping, just curious as an investor)
How are all the ADL Ostriches today? Still got your heads buried in the sand? Yes, of course you do. Good good.
Rebrand, rinse and repeat ... beware! Will they keep patch and kazimira on their books though? Or pay for better rampers?
This money was raised towards his pay-off, his retirement farewell ... nice work if you can get it. Don't worry if you missed your opportunity to partake in the fundraise, they'll be passing around the collection tin again soon for some "real money". I noticed they've created a 20% spread to try and deter the few remaining shareholders from selling their worthless toilet-paper shares, and dropped the bid right the way down to 0.015p (incredible!). To all those left holding here (not the idiots like patch and kazimira, who are just paid rampers) ... turn off the lights when you leave, Simon and Dan can only spend what you leave for them in the final months here. GLA.
I've said since ADL re-listed that this was just Dave Whitby's retirement plan, but no one would listen. Starting a company in his 60's, don't make me laugh! Now you're stuck with Simon (a project manager) running an oil and gas company, and Bob Arnott! Mycool called me a deramper for months, but I was just telling the truth ... could have saved a lot more money if you had listened to me and not old patch (who goes very quiet on bad news I might add).
... the worst stock on AIM, for the 2nd year running. Champers anyone?
... the underground lab turns out to be a sewer, as ADL are confirmed to be full of s**t after all ... The end.
... as the tumbleweeds blow by ... The rusty hinges squeak on the ADL front door, as no-one has been there in months or years ... The company is dead.
"Far cheaper than Eton, and takes both sons and daughters." Yes, but it also produces idiots! Meanwhile, back on Earth the share price continues to drop ...
Countdown to destruction ... still (for the second year running) the WORST share on AIM! No money, no assets and only two hopes ... Bob Hope and No Hope!
