SBP is correct in that CH website updates pretty much straight away for Director appointments.... but that’s only if they have been submitted. Co may simply have not submitted them yet...... trust me they would not be alone in falling behind in their admin and remember with the exception of the Plc there is fairly minimal regulation of the Ltd co.s

Admit I top sliced a bit early last year but I’ve bought more back since. Definitely a long term investment for me this since my first buys in the (whisper it) Enegi days.... this new GTW initiative looks promising, hoping the new guy can deliver

Was it Pine Mills that CEO previously said profitable from $31 a barrel? If that’s correct I make it about £1.5m profit a year. Plus then Permian basin assets. Remember only 78% of the 155 net to NTOG. What’s typical P/e of an oil producer??....

How can Directors investing £40k more of their own cash in a company be viewed badly? Surely the more they have in, the more they are aligned with us? They could have chosen not to buy these shares as they are options. It looks like these are the share options issued in Jan 2017 which could have been bought anytime from Jan this yr when 33% vested. So my question would be why suddenly exercise them now?

Thanks. A useful update from the Chairman. For those of us already in it’s a case of sit tight and wait (still!) For those not in it a case of whether his words give enough reassurance to invest. Upside potential must surely be greater now than downside risk. Buyers now are getting 20-30% discount on previous placing
