Agree Squareballs... even if there is another large seller, company business acumen will out-live this and the company SP will begin to re-rate...of that there is no doubt in my mind.

Ofcourse it is...Cause and effect rule financials everytime... Name a company that's not having either warrants churning through, has background market dilution or has other financial aspects not affecting it... who is not doing well! Failing to understand what AIM is most peoples biggest down-fall, It's the first door into the main markets for small companies which normally invokes placings, warrants and other financial reliance's....and ofcourse failing to research a company and its market...which I may add a lot of investors fail to fully do IMHO. You can out-live the warrants being exercised or a placing, if the company has proven revenues and well constructed business plan with secured goals realised.. you cannot go wrong!

To derive logically, ... you have to be, (IMO), extremely stupid and a very naive investor to not understand, taking all the research in and evaluating company focus to not understand this company will be very very blue very soon or as soon as seller has gone. There is absolutely nothing dubious about the company values and its future.. It's another matter of timing and patience...there is strength and support around current SP, but either way she shall be north by logical deduction. I have a small holding here...and at these prices if I had spare cash, I would balanced in here. I'm, by no means a savvy investor, but a logical one for sure! ....Patience!

Patience is the reward here lads... I could easily pull cash outa here with very lil profit right now, and move to something else but as per usual, this will start moving as soon as I do...I'm sure we've all learnt that damn lesson. We don't have to return invested cash regardless of Nobles situation... and next MKA announcement, (which should be very soon), and next payment tranche, (which is also non-returnable), will inspire greater confidence!

Yep, as recognition for Rare earth resources grows, so does the demand and the supply is limited until others can get their act together...MKA are steps forward!

In terms of a ISA share account...are there any tax implications to dealing with ASX? I thought I'd ask before phoning up II, since can take ages to get through sometimes.

Really Duander?.. I had a look at the agreement I had to sign and I saw the Nasdaq, Canadian and a bunch of others exchanges but nothing in regards to ASX, although I'll check again...but if that's the case...brill, also thanks for the link I shall have a gander!

I agree, I think the dissuasion for most investors is the ASX conversion or rather 'how to'. I'm with Interactive Investor, and they seem to deal with most except ASX, Why...feck knows. I assume as soon as fund-raise is announced they, (STEL), will cease to trade until T/O is complete.. Anyone shed further light on this? Also is there any active date NWF are due to start the FR? Damn RNS is massive to look at lol..have been through it, but can't see an effect to the FR.
