Don't understand the logic of some people... they hit oil, so we know the oil is there, so that's not the issue. They're already drilling and very high chance of hitting that high Bopd rate again...BUT THIS TIME.. without the water problems....AND still another 3 wells to drill...Mind boggles

Just want to get another point out there.. The institutional Investors do not part with that considerable amount of funding without seeing proof for themselves, and they scrutinise everything and so they should. Also as said earlier, the whole point of the Nomad facility is to make sure that all relevant information has to be cleared by them, so at the early stage, just after well completion...it was flowing under good pressure in excess of 700bopd, whether you choose to believe that or not is totally up to you but all the facts are there to support it.

YES, PH is a bit green, but the rest of the bod isn't and he can't just start spouting off figures without their approval...and the Nomads, (more importantly).

I know there's a fair few down on their investments, but looking at the bigger picture and near future, you will be happy with your investment. That said, IF 38 dosen't replicate 16's earlier results... then fair do's there doing something wrong, but we know the oil is there now and that's a proven!

Paul Heywood, isn't going anywhere in the interim.. by asking to rid of him, you might as well get rid of the whole bod and IF you're going to do that...Then rid/change of the Nomad would also be incumbent.

At the time he reported the high flow rate, it was flowing, this would have been cleared in a BOD meet and with the Nomad. Now, they had issues with water later and I believe they were on a mission to solve that problem until it became aware it wasn't going to be fixed straight away... so they disclosed this all yesterday

The aim now is to get 38 drill finished with applying said learnt lessons in regards to the upper Eocene layer and reproduce what they had with 16 in the early stages and produce >750 - 1000 BOPD. With regards to well 16, yes the problem is solvable...it's simple yet technical and involves sealing off the damaged cementing or plugging that entire section.

The Gas is also a focus now as it's considerable and as someone said it's above and beyond Bago's requirements, so I expect some frontage on that soon....but for now, it's just a wait on 38's results and proving that up.

Don't think anyone here is in a position to oust PH, so it's pointless arguing that point...If the BOD felt the same way, they would've already ousted him.

Back to Block Energy, and those who are invested, I also believe the share is way oversold now, but yes the company has a job in proving up the 16 Well and finishing the well 32 after learning and applying measures in the new well. All to play for here as far as i'm concerned. Funded is not a worry, and Gas is the added advantage.

I like the update... it's very logical thinking. Rather than rushing ahead wit extrapolated data from Liberator, they will analyse...and not waste time and go forward with a plan to keep working and drill Serenity.

In the mean time they will have a more accurate play data for Liberator...Good, well thought!
