Think she already had a sell order in pre-news under instructions with her broker. Mistake in hindsight, brokers will make their monies from the sale. Price is strong despite the sell, and rise has helped shift a large percentage already so can't be long before she's fully out ...IF not gone already.

Looks as if Mrs. Parvizi should be done today, volume is good... and price has held well considering her offload. TR1 should confirm as well as after hours..if not intraday trade to confirm. Once that's done there'll be no holding this back!

Agree Pablo, and when I stated 3rd party I meant "SundaGas Banda Unipessoal", which as stated is a subsidiary of The parent company Sundagas.

...And yes the asset outweighs any needs to forward cash for the licence. ..and will be peanuts for a return of an asset value at minimum of greater than £20 million MINIMUM.

Which haven't appeared as yet, probably because the RNS is so strong and speaks for itself. The asset acreage and what it may entail is also massive to BOIL, and definitely will rerate us back into the 50's... with much more to come!

Personally, I don't label you as a ramper or deramper. You've accepted we've been awarded the licence through the JV with Sundagas, and I understand what you're trying to clarify. The way I look at it is this, we're entitled, as is Sundagas, to take on the licence through 3rd party and you're asking what do we have to pay to accept our ticket. So far I don't believe we have to pay... but that'll have to be clarified... Secondly, and MORE importantly, IF there is a fee to accept the licence award, (which we don't receive but the 3rd party does), it'll be a standard fee which is minimum, ( I would've thought), and only be 33% of the fee in its entirety .

The way I see it is that it would be stupid not to pay the minimum standard 33% of the fee for our share of what could possibly be the upside of nearly 10 Billion cubic feet of gas, (That's our approx 33%... and NOT 33% of that figure). We Don't pay for the works as the banks have already agreed to finance the project.

Think the order for the sells must've been placed at a certain threshold sp beforehand and the news drop....else they would've held.

Was just looking over the values that could be published for the resource... We could be possibly instore for a 10BILLION cubic feet of gas as our 33%...potentially.. mind boggles, if they process figures anything near that value, we're looking at well over 1p on that one asset alone!
