Assuming shorts will have decreased today as well before tomorrow in fear of decent results.. hence the drive down in sp to help em exit... bar'stewards. Picked up some more in the minutes before close for a good play tomorrow when results are announced... let's see how it plays out but i'm expecting good stuff..
I apologise for the rudeness of my post towards you, Terry. I understand what you're saying with regards to the 4 months wait... But currently looking at details of the deal and who it's with leads me to believe this will have a high chance of completion and It'll be worth the wait IMO..
Looks to me as Mr. Bruce knows this is a done deal and taken nearly 2 million shares... and possibly still accumulating, as he passed 3.4% on 3rd, but notified on the 5th! Bodes very well for Tuesday, glad I picked some more up today!
Good luck Pdub, a good message for all regardless of investment. Wish u all the best and hope u see the elimination of this disgusting disease and family life returns to normal asap. Sometimes hard to believe we are in 2023 and still having Cancer playing in the illness of many a lives all over the world!
Keep fighting and winning mate! Best wishes.
@SmartPunter, "its going to be many years before there is noticeable quantity of material available to recycle."
I beg to differ mate, first gen Electric vehicles are already coming to an end as well as some Wind Turbine tech. The Hard drive era is all but finished and there are literally stockpiles of the stuff. As a single entity myself I have over 200 hard drives that are now obsolete, and that's not even counting the few hundred I've sent for recycling. New SSD tech's are making them obsolete.
Question is will the company make some headway into Lithium recycling as well as part of the larger "recycle" feature, as well as others in the REE spectrum of compounds & elements. I believe it's something they're holding back on but will reveal as time goes on. Currently they want the Songwe issue finalised before announcing more deets with regards to the recycle avenue.
I agree 100% with GLR, I think the big focus is the recycling asset and it's easy scalability onto a global scale in very short a period. Songwe is a very Juicy asset, and once the MDA between the company and Malawian Govt. is completed and we have a licence and a lucrative asset to sell.
Question is what could it fetch, well with the licence in our pocket, £150M+, with consideration on it being an easy in-fill mine with local infrastructure in place for transportation, and of course all associated permits. Remember we're amidst an REE war which may or may not be that evident, but with the Chinese being a dominant global factor and with the west to alienate or at least not be reliant on the Chinese. Tension currently there is no easing between the West and China, therefore rich REE deposits are becoming scarcer.
Financiers have been in talks with MKA BoD last two years and have probably built a financial scenario dependence on the different MDA outcomes within the BoD's scope of final outcome. This is why I believe they're sticking to their guns on points in the MDA as a lot of financial pre-work has already been accomplished. (IMO)
As GLR also states, the jewel in the business has focused to Hypromag and the global mandate at a crucial time when critical metals recycling has become ever more green'ily prevalent with majority of countries around the world. IMO it will be very lucrative. Mr. Treger of CoTec has already hinted at the billion-dollar valuation of the entity and is already in talks with the U.S Dept. of Defence and Industry, expectant on an outcome in months, which would give us a better direction for CoTec's North American vision. MKA BoD has already visited Japan and other countries to drum up feed and stick pins in where Hypromag will be establishing recycling hubs and super hubs!
The future is, in no doubt, very bright, but when this kettle starts boiling, I'll be glad to have had the patience to wait it out and reap the rewards!
Nope, we have the licence for that particular site/land.. should something like that happen we're protected by the law of the land and other international laws. No one would do business with the country if that was possible.
@Forest, it was his silence with future path after Serenity failure that was the killer. All he had to do was an interview to show a forward path for the company to instil shareholder confidence... instead he locked himself away.
I'm not worried tbh, I think it'll be signed very soon! Don't forget there's the American angle of pressure to get things moving and they don't liked to be kept waiting, especially as U.S-China relationship sours weekly. They've already shown a hand when it came to release of the anti-corruption minister dissolving the trumped up charges.. it's all in a bid to get the ball rolling!
CoTec will want as big a piece of the pie they can get there hands on IMPO. Julian Treger CEO, CoTec is already "Super Excited" in the future of Hypromag and its N.American scale up. The NPV figures for 1 continent alone on a minimal scale are astounding! Funding for E.U through German Govt. only emphasises the possibilities, with ease, scalability into Asia, Australasia, South America & Africa!!! IN A SHORT SPACE OF TIME!!
Remember Julian Treger's numbers are just for North America ALONE!!! Not MKA's hypromag commitments in the E.U, which has ALREADY been part funded through a German Govt. grant! Now, we are having talks in Tokyo next week and a scope for the Middle East expansion.
THIS is why Tregers values this as a Billion Dollar valuation, AND this is what boggles the mind!! Having a global scope of a patented product able to generate massive figures on one asset alone... This is without Songwe!
