Yes, I've noticed quite a few on here with "Glass half empty" attitude to the share on any good news. I welcome the Director buys, especially from those that were awarded a few days ago already! They we're under no obligation to do so, yet did so!

Shocking looking at SP, tbh SP is irrelevant except for the case I'd prefer the MDA to drop at a higher price to start the ball rolling from a better price! As we all know there are "Superb" rolling catalysts that will come after 'MDA', funding, (for which I believe has already been put in place and just waiting on licence), Pulawy processing completion/separate off-takes and of course the high value carat diamond in the rough, "Hypromag" and it's global roll out starting with the U.K, then U.S and Germany! With further centres in Asia and Australia TBA, as we know Dawes has been on travels recently expanding the Hypromag PF.

The current market cap is pathetic and therefore the share price, the only advantage from this is the ability to accumulate more as we are most evidently the closest we have ever been before for the Licence, and of that there's no doubt it's coming!

Sorry to see the situation here, having rug pulled so close to the end of the race. Feel for those holding and hope you'll be able to recoup here or somewhere else. Can't say I've never been there before, unfortunately, play this game long enough and you'll inevitably have been in this position on more than one occasion..God knows I have, so know the feeling.

Goonerpete, to enter the AIM market alone, "Brave", is a minimum requirement, so that's a given! I very rarely deal in stocks in the AIM sector, unless they've reduced their risks or at least have built a decent foundation to build upon. CHAR is one of them and I have a few others in the portfolio with MKA being my largest holdings.

Would also like to point out that the O&G sector is prob one of the worst market sectors atm, BUT that's when the wise load up and have the patience to hold out and reap the benefits.

Have to agree with Whimax, you don't know what you're talking about CoolMax.. IF you can't differentiate between a distressed seller and off-loading investors, you're in the wrong business mate. IMO you prob sold between 12-13p and just posting nonsense now in a bid to get back in lower lol. CoolMax, I assume this is the first time you've been in a company where a distressed seller has shown their colours? It's not my first. There could be a host of reasons why seller has triggered the sale, but I'm banking on the fact they wanted to be out on a deal being procured so they could sell on volume. How much have they got left? No one knows until a TR1 manifests itself, so I'm sure it won't be long now!

Either-way this gives us an opportunity to take avail of the cheapness as I honestly believe the value on the market cap is currently VERY undervalued and will be much bigger as soon as the seller is done feeding the stock into the market.

I.M.O Seller distressed or otherwise, BUT market makers will take full advantage of the situation. When done, it'll climb back to 14/15p and then north as we enter Q1 2024 and closer to High CoS gas drill!

Absolutely excellent everyone... this is set to have a over £200M market cap sooner than later! It's coming to a cruch now where the EU is well positioned as are MKango to fill this widening gap! On-top of that we have the U.S showing great interest!

Nice post Hockeyman and I agree with you, a lot of emotional posts from LTH and tbh to some extent I don't blame them. Picturing a dream scenario embedded in your head and it not coming about can present a sad outcome for some. It's like being told how good a movie is by so many people and you raise your expectations so high, but when you finally get to watch the movie, you're disappointed!

I like to invest in companies at a point when they've reduced their risks especially with regards to funding and IMV and IMO the farm-in with Energean is a brilliant outcome which de-risks the gas play by a huge margin and in CHARs favour as it stands currently. The share price will climb as we get closer to Q1 2024 it's inevitable as wise investors move in for the final picture.

Thanks also to Jimmy for his excellent knowledgeable posts which really show how BIG this deal could be for the company and have a better market cap in the very near future! As always, patience is the key here on in!
