Can’t believe the sp hasn’t gone up 50% today but since the RNS was released after trading there’s a reasonable chance of this happening tomorrow.
There are 2 shorts against AWE https://shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB00BNDRMJ14/
This would make me wary of putting any of my hard earned money in. Instead, I’ll keep it in DT. Hopefully, some good results out soon.
If you buy in the six figures then you are unlikely to acquire any of these. But if you enjoy a small punt, in my opinion, the future is sparkling. They own Faberge. The current sp is 11.75p and in their joint marketplace in South Africa 5% of the company just sold at 16p……
I really appreciate you sharing info like this ericeric. I’ve been in shares since 2006 and currently have 50% in 3 cyber security companies and 5”% in this. I have never felt more confident about a share before and could be shown to be wrong. However, I don’t think so. I think we are ahead of most investors in spotting a real winner. I would be surprised if this hasn’t doubled or more by Xmas.
Ftse250
This is going to the moon. 20p by Xmas.
Fleecy - it was obvious that the BT sp was about to decline. That’s why I sold all my shares in it having taken a profit. I bought Darktrace, Kape technologies and NCC. They have increased in price since I bought them. You can’t sit back and expect the money to come to you. By the end of September the 3 cyber security companies I have mentioned will be worth more than they are now. Will BT?
Electric vehicles have already come and gone on the stock market. The next big thing in my opinion is gems. Diamonds, emeralds, rubies. They will surpass google, apple and Amazon. You have to be in it before it’s big. The other winner is cyber security. Safe steady 10% annual return over pump and dump any day. Do I have a future in selling financial advice? Who knows? Maybe you’ll be paying for this advice next year. Xxxx
If you go for the very risky shares you undoubtedly lose. Instead use your brain. What’s the next big thing? It’s likely to be the flavour of the month or something has been out of favour for ages.
Most people want an overnight 10 bagger. Or do they? The bank pays 1% if you’re lucky. If you stick your money in shares a steady 20% sounds brilliant compared to the banks paltry rates. When you put time into shares a 10% return in a year seems awful. I can Double my money by buying….
Half yearly results are announced on this date. It seems to me to be massively undervalued. Will these results alert other investors to the potential rewards. Jeff Bezos was overtaken as the world’s wealthiest person by Bernard Arnault. His money is from luxury designer labels. Gemfields owns Faberge who now sell a lot online. If you look at Gemfields on google finance and choose max on either SA or LON it seems obvious that this is about to be a multibagger.
You don’t have to buy over the pond to spread your risk across cyber security. Kape technologies (up 11% in Europe today, so probably going to open up higher here tomorrow) and NCC fuse 250 can both reduce your risk.
Sorry, didn’t mention IBM. I still have friends at the top. They are cutting the mustard.
My degree is in electronics. It’s from the 1980s so out of date. My son is in his second year of a cyber security degree. I was surprised over summer that I could still help with his assignment. The uk has been and in my opinion will always be world leaders in this field. We might not be the best at exploiting an opportunity or marketing our ideas but we are definitely at the forefront with problem solving. This is what Dark Trace is about. It is a ahead of google and Microsoft.
I am in option (a). I don’t think my posts will lower the sp. I suspect that most posters on here are not squillionaires and therefore good luck to you. I hope you profit from your investment.
I didn’t sell at 3.72 yesterday, it was several months ago. I am a really bad loser. I don’t walk away when I think I’ve been ‘duped’. I’ve been watching this since I sold months ago. It’s following a similar pattern to GWMO. Massive initial peak followed by several ripples . My gripe is that it’s likely to be people who can’t afford to lose money who are fooled by it. I’m big and daft enough to look after myself and have recovered my losses through cyber security shares.
This individual has only posted on MXC. They are trying to convince you to support their lavish lifestyle. My comments really upset them. My title was ‘post removed’ because last time I wrote a similar comment it was removed. They don’t want you to read it. Why?
Other posters have suggested you are Roby, I can now understand why they would say that.
I do not have any investment here and will not buy in the future so nothing to be gained or lost by posting. Been in shares since 2006. First experience was awful. I bought on things that rose then sold when they fell. Typical psychological fight or flight reaction. I have studied the markets very carefully since 2006. I made some money from flavour of the month ‘monetise’ - all about digital payments. I was ‘taken in’ by gwmo with copper deposits but not like one individual did (£250, 000) who used to post on here. The stories are very convincing. You think you’re about to double your money or even be at the start of a 10 bagger. Despite all my ‘experience’ I believed the cannabis tale. Did loads of research. Still lost. I personally don’t think the stories behind big companies are any less misleading.
The first time I made a load of profit was buying in big time on 20th March 2020. It was as lockdown started. Marstons rose 40% in one day. I don’t think that was luck. It was studying the markets for years and doing the opposite of what you are supposed to do. In my opinion this share is heading back to 2p or less. What’s in it for me? I think the people buying this share are supporting a lavish lifestyle for the owners. If they all sell it will stop. I still have nearly all my disposable cash in shares and am convinced I can ‘beat the odds’ but it won’t be through buying this share.
NCC have results on Sep 14th and Dark announce results the following day. Looking at Kape last year they issued half year results on Sep 15 2020. Does anyone know the date of half year results this year?
