A timely reminder for us. It alsp reminded that we were approached bya large O&G in late September not October so in fact. Communication has been on going now for 5 months. AM said in his most recent release that once the 'detailed terms' are sorted it will announced to market.

The market was informed of the CC unstimulated flow on Monday 23rd January. Surely this would have been shared in the week prior to the release. Things take time but thus was at least four weeks ago now

The main body of the JV is done. We are merely waiting on the detailed terms to be agreed

The Company plans to announce the detailed terms as soon as they are agreed.

Now the settlement bond looks cleared there's no reason why it won't return to mid 7s

Someone mentioned CLON with no lithium license. It's done 200% since 0.065p placing and if JV agreed with be diluted again at 0.065p by the JV. Hard to see why it's a better bet than here when this is SP is on it's knees. Each to their own

Bet the JV partner is itching to get those deep well Fed drills going- 'they have casing' (estimated 1k-3k bopd each). Permit in hand - hopefully AM is waiving it in their faces along with a terms sheet although they approached us.

CC recompletion well number two - flows 100 bopd unstimulated potentially Then, a third well flowing before March end gives us triangulation and can book reserves off the back of it.

IMO yes Shouston. It states in the RNS that this is not our Cornerstone. £630k and over half sold IMO. Time will tell but it certainly wouldn't be our lead BH selling.
