For someone who has posted so negatively about this share why didn't you leave when you broke even at 0.38p LB. Instead you wanted to hang around and moan as always lol.

Time will tell but £13M is not chip money and plenty of oilers could only dream of having that sort of cash at their disposal. Why do you think we need to raise more??? Arthur is a shareholder too and so are his friends and associates even if he did it would be value generating. All the placing £1M, £6M, £3M and £13 were all for ATOMIC and value generating. The RNS eluded to four weeks - time will tell but AM and ATOMIC want to crack on with the development of Wyoming

Just to add .....regarding the proposed acquisition (the "Proposed Acquisition") of Atomic Oil and Gas LLC ("Target"), it has now agreed all final terms in relation to the Proposed Acquisition and it is anticipated that the Proposed Acquisition will complete after the market closes today.

Earlier.....Arthur Millholland, President and CEO, commented: " It is on track to happen today and we are excited to finalize the process."

RNS tomorrow morning highly likely as Hobione eluded too.

Simplistic breakdown of the staged US$54m acquisition cost:

• Deposit (non-refundable): $1 million

• Initial Debt-Financed Payment: $8 million for 15% of Atomic's Working Interest in all of its leasehold on or before December 31, 2020.

· (Note: If the acquisition does not complete, the Company will retain this interest)

• Assumed Debt: $26 million at closing

• Total Additional Debt and Cash: $15 million at closing

• COPL Common Shares to Atomic Shareholder(s): $4 million priced at closing

All done plus we have £13M cash to play with - miscible flooding etc.

Draw down of the Credit Facility will allow the Company to complete the $54 million acquisition of Atomic and its related entities as disclosed on December 16, 2020. Funds from the Credit Facility will be used to pay Atomic the remaining $41 million cash component outstanding to complete the transaction. Atomic will use these funds to retire its outstanding Bank and Shareholder loans, as well as outstanding payables of Atomic and its related entities to achieve a nil working capital deficit as per the terms of the COPL-Atomic Purchase and Sale Agreement.
