Drilling to commence any day now. The first of three planned drills across three sequential Queensland targets.

David Price, Chief Executive Officer of Rockfire, comments:

"This 3D modelling has produced images of two very high-intensity magnetic responses beneath the dome. Both targets deepen towards the south, suggesting that the source may lie to the south. The closest they come to the surface is around 500 m depth, but historical drilling has hit copper much closer to surface.

"After nearly 50 years with no significant exploration at Copper Dome, Rockfire is planning to drill these new targets. With confirmed copper and gold close to surface directly above the targets and well-defined high magnetic targets at depth, these factors bode well for discovery.

"Rockfire is preparing for drilling at Copperhead initially and drilling at Copper Dome is also planned. The Company will provide the market with regular updates on our progress as we work towards the start of drilling at our porphyry projects."

Revised target, based on the new aeromagnetic signature, has increased significantly in area from 1 km x 2 km to a much larger area of 4 km x 3.5 km. At least three separate intrusions are evident.

Interest is only going to build.

Targetting three additional copper porphors and fully funded for campaign. Do you think £12M is fair for a potentially massive copper resource. The other gold project at 1.2g/Au average is also pretty attractive. I think 1.2p will easily be passed by the end of the week.

Forget the 'Truth' his cheaper entry agenda here and on Rockfire is pretty obvious. To me both are simple buy and holds and both offer multiple bag potential especially when at the entry levels currently being presented!

This copper resource could be insanely large for sub £10M gem. I agree JDF7 - those that hold could see that type of reward. People viewing 2p short term will miss out i'll prob be out at 2p - 2.5p but thats life
