What are the financial implications for SLE (AIM) of a successful court case ( heaven forbid although it does seem likely) to wind up San Leon Eli Ltd, does one drag the other into bankruptcy - what are the counter party guarantees if any that OF has set up between the two entities as is his typical wheeler dealing style of project financing?
Correction bete noir - NNPC claiming they weren't given the first option on the purchase of ExxonMobil's assets - I suppose it stopped them getting control of the asset and handing it out to their friends - at price - er did I just say that tut.tut!

NNPC or whatever they call themselves these days are the better noir.of Nigeria

Fanning dream scenario - pity it doesn't look like it will happen.
Afamefuna - I go along with your comments - pity - Alaric/Sammy were always cheery posters we all know that they were company ramping trolls but hey it takes all sorts to make a market - personally I wish I had never heard about San Leon - OF still in Dubai now we know why following recent legal posting, poor fellow he didn't know what he was really getting into in Nigeria (or did he) if he had asked me years ago, after my years spent in the Middle East I could have told him what to expect in such "markets", in fact I did post such a comment years ago at the time he informed us he had relocated the focus of San Leon oil company away from Poland and into Nigeria, Jeez that seemed like years ago. Alls well that ends well Alaric??

Ref the last post - note the original article was written one year ago - interestingly maybe is that I remember OF "boasting" that he was aware and/or had some involvement in the accounts of Eroton for our benefit of course - makes one wonder?
Interesting read while we wait?

Alaric - More prattle from you, is that the best you can do, the Oza posting is irrelevant - something we are trying to sell - the recent RNS concerning the OZA field is a news gap filler as OF attempts to post "some " or any "news" - we want news, but relevant news concerning OML18/Eli Midwestern including company accounts "when do we want them, we want them NOW"!
Why aren't OML18 Pumping/Barging to ELI - Jeez beats me - no wait it's no money!!
"In March 2023, Nigeria incurred a substantial loss of 65.7 million barrels of crude oil, valued at $83 per barrel, translating to a staggering revenue loss of N2.3tn as a result of oil theft,” the senator stated. To tackle this, the NUPRC said the government had to promote the Alternative Crude Oil Evacuation Systems by transporting the commodity through trucks and barges instead of pumping them through pipelines".

“With over 246 producing fields, 2,777 producing strings, 188 production stations/platforms, four gas terminals, five land terminals, 11 FSOs (Floating Storage and Offloading Units), 18 FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading), and several other facilities at various stages of development,

Sam245 - More indifferent prattle from you! Maybe you could actually tell us real some news - how much pipeline has been constructed to Eli - has barging begun - what is the current OML18 oil production rate - can we supply gas to Notore if the plant comes back online - what are the likely restart costs/difficulties for getting OML18 on line again - when will the Nembe creek line be operational again - will Port Harcourt refinery soon come back on line as is proposed - will we be expected to ever receive our loans and interest paid - if you can't answer any of these then just stop you lifestyle mischievious trolling against genuine investors and those are legitimatly engaged in trading options for the stock. One last question and your great opportunity to prove how really confident you are in this stock - how many shares do you actually currently own in SLE?
Alaric - it is irrelevant to me whether you believe me or not, I post what I consider to be relevant information regarding the current conditions facing the company as it struggles to remain solvent under the conditions it is facing in Nigeria - it would seem your posting is based on maintaining a psuedo intellectual somewhat warped perception of reality.
Alaric you make my point - yes, we shareholders, those of us who have substantial shares holdings in SLE as opposed to "fun "posting trolls such as yourself, have all found ourselves in a rather desperate situation!
Redeyemines - General comments that some attempts are being made to get one of our prime customers functional again after the massive deficits they have been running - Notore needs gas supplies it could mean OML18 is on its way back into actual producing revenue?
Notore - were/are one of OML18 best gas customers - According to a statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, the Group Chief Legal Officer/Company Secretary, Otivbo Saleh, said that the appointment will be until the completion of the company’s private placement transaction.

Come on Fanning get your wheeler dealer hat on - everything is possible even buying a Nigerian oil business off the Chinese!
The British independent energy company said it signed separate share purchase agreements (SPAs) with Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (SIPC), a subsidiary of Chinese energy giant Sinopec Group, and Jagal Ventures Limited for the acquisition.
