note the 'well in excess of 2 years'... translation... 'I sold mine before the webinar and am now hoping to/ have already started to buy back cheaper'
This is why persimmon frequents / has frequented this BB for years. He understands the mindset of the company and its investors. He makes money. He buys wine. His liver is in a less than good shape....
persi, you could just post 'I'm about to sell' or 'I'm getting ready to buy today' (note: you could lie of course) and then ride the swings. What fun you could/would have.
For the less trader inclined, you should focus on the FACT that this is a DEAD CERT winner in time. How much time? I think you'll do OK in much less than 2 years.
Later I will write an overview, my overview of RBD. It's just approaching a year since I first bought. I've made some profit but nowhere near as much as I hoped. For that reason I have spread my play, as one should, but I have full confidence in this being a big deal in the future.
I have done with being in 'one share' for the time being though. Worth noting that the last 'one share' (ZOE) rose dramatically a couple of months after I pulled and if I had stayed I could now retire!!
So rest assured, I have plenty of RBD left in case of dramatic events.
As a parting thought I would say this. The Q&A was a decent thing to do. I suspect it was a reaction to a lot of investors moaning about 'where's the shareholder value?' I did. But it had the effect of making people think that nothing was going to happen in the short term. We have the placing at .55p now as base / brake. We have 2 consecutive EWT's and a CPR to come.
These WILL trigger excitement and SP movement, especially the CPR. There is clearly a massive resource there and more drills to do. If you are investing for the long term this is a WINNER in my mind.
Take it easy. There are 8.4 BILLION shares in issue. How many were traded today? Keep safe. BH
