Jezzoo, SOLG have a MCap approx 50 times that of EEE
They have over 15 big licences all across Ecuador. Lots of costs, employees and POLITICS.
Their flagship Alpala project will require MAJOR geophysical and engineering studies (Block Cave mine, massive, deep!) and billions of dollars of investment to get into production. It will take years with the grey area of finance/debt that surrounds that, thought the resource is HUGE.
Apart from your simple 'holes' comparison there is pretty much NO similarity in project or scale. Totally, utterly different.
This is why I say a comparison between EEE and SOLG is basically dumb. Not saying you are, but it is a very poor comparison. SOLG will not produce any copper or gold for years to come.
Eclipse will be a small but low capital cost gold mine suited to EEE as a project to 'get the ball rolling' after the long Georgian disappointment. EEE will be looking for another follow on Gold deal I have no doubt.
The value released from Eclipse has the potential to triple the MCap here in the next 6-18 months and feed the company for further progress. The hole drilling at Eclipse is basically done. Just some final infill and metallurgical boxes to tick.
That's my take. All timed beautifully in an already high gold price environment that is set to go higher and hopefully to new records later this year.
