RE: Nape 201925 Nov 2018 17:53
What a thread! People leave companies to join new ones all the time. The fact that someone and particularly a young professional with skills, moves on is in no way a sign that things are bad, or failing, at the company they are moving from. To assume this just being negative, simply put.
I GET that the past year has been frustrating. I GET that WD was a bit of a fuck up. I GET that Helios has not progressed whilst showing promising results. Ditto DTU. I GET that people want a deal on Kansas in the short term and I do get that ED did not play out as intended (renegade being the big problem there not HNR).
But it is clear to see the balancing act that RP and the team are trying to execute. We have projects that could, when running make the SP look ridiculous. But so do many other small companies. However HNR is not like a load of other small Nat Resources companies, in that usually one is waiting to see if the resource is actually present in the ground. We KNOW we have oil, gas, inert gases and nitrogen and in significant volumes. It's all about the deals required to release these goods to market. We want to keep a good chunk of these for ourselves. Should Robert give a way a bunch of Kansas to be able to develop Helios without partnership? Montana is surely going to require BIG investment. So I don't know. i bet he does though. I'm sure he and the team have a game plan in mind. So like City, I'm in.
All of this puts Diane's lengthy, painful and somewhat desperate attempts to sow the seeds of doom into perspective. remember, he is is NOT argueing about the INCREDIBLE prospects of this company, but getting all arsey about the next few months revenue... and all this with having no idea about the companies accounts and the real situation on the ground. To his credit, I do think he has had an effect on some. So it goes. With news of deals and progress I think we could easily see 40-50p again in 2019. 2020, well who know. But, you've got to be in it to reap the benefits.
Oh, and then there's the water.... and many see that as a joke. They won't in a bit. And that WILL only need a plastic pipe... really ( and a bunch of E10s)
